LF-2溫拌劑降溫效果研究

【摘要】:為了研究自行開發(fā)的溫拌劑LF-2的降溫效果及溫拌瀝青混合料的最佳壓實溫度,采用不同摻量的LF-2以及Sasobit溫拌劑進(jìn)行對比試驗,通過旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度試驗和瀝青混合料馬歇爾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實試驗,分別在等黏度原則和等體積原則下,對比分析溫拌瀝青混合料降溫效果。研究結(jié)果表明:等體積原則比等黏度原則更適合于評價LF-2溫拌劑降溫效果;等體積原則下即以4%空隙率為控制指標(biāo)時,0.1%摻量的LF-2溫拌劑降溫效果與3%摻量Sasobit溫拌劑相當(dāng),降溫幅度均在20℃左右;LF-2溫拌劑摻量建議選擇瀝青質(zhì)量的0.1%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the cooling effect of warm mix agent LF-2 and the optimum compaction temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture, LF-2 and Sasobit warm mix agent with different contents were used to carry out a comparative test. Through rotating viscosity test and Marshall standard compaction test of asphalt mixture, under the principle of equal viscosity and equal volume, the cooling effect of warm mix asphalt mixture was compared and analyzed. The results show that the equal volume principle is more suitable than the equal viscosity principle to evaluate the cooling effect of LF-2 warm mix agent, and the cooling effect of 0.1% LF-2 warm mixing agent with 4% void ratio as the control index is equal to that of 3% Sasobit warm mix agent under the equal volume principle. The temperature drop range of LF-2 is about 20 鈩,
