【摘要】：針對以往Open Street Map(OSM)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價中只考慮片面評價指標或只考慮單一層次評估對象的不足,本文選取典型研究區(qū),以來自政府規(guī)劃機構(gòu)的權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)集作為參照數(shù)據(jù),基于模糊綜合評價法,設(shè)計了質(zhì)量評價指標與空間層次相結(jié)合的多層次多粒度OSM路網(wǎng)目標數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評估模型,從單一目標、群組目標和整體目標3個粒度,集成構(gòu)建集個體數(shù)量控制與群體結(jié)構(gòu)控制于一體的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評估指標體系,并解決評估模型中隸屬度確定與最優(yōu)組合權(quán)重賦權(quán)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,實現(xiàn)了宏觀與微觀相結(jié)合、全局與局部相結(jié)合的OSM數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的多維度多層次綜合度量。實驗結(jié)果表明,該方法具有可行性和實用性,可為基于VGI數(shù)據(jù)源實現(xiàn)相關(guān)行業(yè)應(yīng)用提供實證依據(jù)和可靠的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評估方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of the past Open Street Map (OSM) data quality evaluation which only consider the one-sided evaluation index or the single-level evaluation object, this paper selects the typical research area and takes the authoritative data set from the government planning agency as the reference data. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a multi-level multi-granularity OSM road network data quality evaluation model is designed, which combines the quality evaluation index with the spatial level. The index system of data quality evaluation is constructed by integrating individual quantity control and group structure control, and the key technical problems of membership degree determination and optimal combination weight weighting in evaluation model are solved, and the combination of macro and micro is realized. A multi-dimensional and multi-level comprehensive measurement of OSM data quality combining global and local aspects. The experimental results show that this method is feasible and practical, and can provide empirical basis and reliable data quality evaluation method for the application of related industries based on VGI data sources.
