北京市干線公路瀝青路面病害分析及大修對(duì)策的研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of traffic volume, vehicles appear large, heavy, especially traffic overload, the phenomenon of overload is serious, especially in the trunk highway under the heavy axle load and the repeated action of intensive traffic volume. There is great damage to the quality of the road surface. Only by using scientific methods to track and observe the use quality of trunk highway, timely and pertinently take overhaul countermeasures, and quickly and scientifically repair, can the quality of road surface be kept in good condition all the time. Based on the actual investigation of trunk roads in Beijing area and the statistical analysis of measured traffic data, this paper summarizes the axial load characteristic distribution of trunk highways in Beijing area, and simulates and calculates the pavement overhauling structure by using BISAR program. The index of asphalt pavement structure under different axle load and different tire pressure is calculated. Finally, the influence of traffic composition on pavement structure design of overhauled pavement is analyzed. Through theoretical calculation and analysis, the change law of the deflection value of the original pavement surface before and after milling and planing and the equivalent springback modulus of the pavement after milling and planing are studied, which provides the basis for the determination of the pavement structure scheme for heavy repair. Based on the investigation of pavement technical condition, disease types and distribution characteristics of representative road sections, this paper analyzes and sums up the disease characteristics and causes of trunk highways in Beijing area, and puts forward the requirements for the formulation of overhaul schemes. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the determination of the overhaul plan, combined with the grade of the trunk highway in Beijing area, leading the cause of the disease. The typical structure suitable for the overhaul of asphalt pavement of trunk highway in Beijing area is put forward due to the characteristics of traffic composition and other factors. At the same time, through summing up and comparing the recycling technology of road waste materials during road overhaul, the paper further analyzes the regeneration technology suitable for trunk roads in Beijing area.
