【摘要】：針對目前國內(nèi)盾尾密封油脂的泵送性無精確定量測試設(shè)備、測試方法和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的問題,對國內(nèi)外盾尾密封油脂泵送性的測試儀器、測試方法和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了梳理和對比。根據(jù)課題組對盾尾密封油脂的配方和性能的研究成果,結(jié)合我國盾構(gòu)隧道施工中盾尾密封油脂的具體使用情況,參考ASTM D1092,研制了盾尾密封油脂泵送性的定量測試設(shè)備、給出了測試方法,并推薦了其評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為我國制定盾尾密封油脂泵送性指標(biāo)的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the lack of accurate quantitative testing equipment, testing method and evaluation standard for the pump performance of shield tail sealant oil in China at present, the test instruments, test methods and evaluation criteria for the pump performance of shield tail seal oil at home and abroad are combed and compared. According to the research results of the formula and performance of shield tail seal grease, combined with the concrete application of shield tail seal grease in shield tunnel construction in China, and referring to ASTM D1092, a quantitative testing equipment for the pump performance of shield tail seal grease was developed. The test method is given and the evaluation standard is recommended. It provides a reference for our country to establish the industry standard of pump performance index of shield tail seal grease.
