YCT-25型沖擊壓路機在準池鐵路黃土路基中的施工技術研究

【摘要】:本文針對沖擊壓路機在黃土地區(qū)的使用缺乏詳細的沖擊壓實技術規(guī)范,施工質(zhì)量控制方法也不成熟等施工關鍵問題,依托準池鐵路實際工程地質(zhì)條件,利用鉆芯取樣方法,對YCT-25型沖擊壓路機在黃土路基中的補強使用進行效果驗證。結(jié)果表明:在2m范圍內(nèi),沖擊壓實效果明顯;經(jīng)壓實度檢測,得出合理沖擊遍數(shù)為10遍;對于低液限黏土,土的含水率在ωopt-2%≤ω≤ωopt+4%這個范圍內(nèi),經(jīng)過沖擊壓路機補強作業(yè),黃土路基也能達到壓實要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of detailed technical specifications for impact compaction and the immature construction quality control methods, this paper relies on the actual engineering geological conditions of quasi-pool railway and uses the method of sampling by drilling core, in view of the lack of detailed technical specifications for impact compaction in the loess area and the immaturity of construction quality control methods. The effect of reinforcement of YCT-25 impact roller in loess roadbed is verified. The results show that the impact compaction effect is obvious in the range of 2m, the reasonable impact times are 10 times after compaction testing, and for low liquid limit clay, the moisture content of the soil is within the range of 蠅 opt-2% 鈮,
