微表處高性能SBS改性乳化瀝青制備工藝研究

【摘要】:采用正交試驗法研究微表處高性能苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性乳化瀝青的制備工藝,依據(jù)微表處和改性乳化瀝青的性能要求對其測試評價。最佳制備工藝為:改性劑用量以3%為基準以±l%進行試配,乳化劑A初始摻量為1.9%,穩(wěn)定劑摻量2‰,油水比為60∶40,皂液溫度為65℃,瀝青溫度為165℃,皂液pH值為1.5~2.5,乳化時間為5min,制得的高性能SBS改性乳化瀝青成型的微表處混合料的可拌合時間為160s,粘結(jié)強度為1.3MPa,6d濕輪磨耗損失為628g/m~2,具有較好的性能。
