落石沖擊下單壓式拱形明洞的力學響應

【摘要】:為進一步了解結(jié)構(gòu)受力情況,為明洞結(jié)構(gòu)設計提供依據(jù),采用動力有限元方法,對客運專線雙線單壓式拱形明洞落石沖擊下結(jié)構(gòu)力學響應進行了研究.首先,以豎直下落沖擊為基本工況,從落石與洞頂回填土的相互作用及運動軌跡入手,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的應力、應變、應變率、位移、速度、加速度等作用效應響應;其次,根據(jù)落石、回填土及結(jié)構(gòu)間能量的轉(zhuǎn)化與傳遞規(guī)律,結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)及基底應力響應,闡述了回填土和混凝土填充材料對落石沖擊的緩沖和對結(jié)構(gòu)的保護作用機理,以及邊墻形式對基底及仰拱受力的影響;最后進行了45°斜向沖擊響應分析并與基本工況進行了對比.研究結(jié)果表明:所設計的明洞結(jié)構(gòu)可以承受豎向700 k J的落石沖擊能量,拱頂、拱肩及墻身內(nèi)側(cè)和耳墻墻址等部位是相對受力不利位置,回填方式和直墻式拱墻形式有待進一步研究優(yōu)化;沖擊引起的結(jié)構(gòu)應變率響應介于1×10~(-3)~1×10~(-2)s~(-1),與地震引起的響應范圍相同;在本研究工況下,45°斜向沖擊作用效應總體上小于豎直沖擊.
[Abstract]:In order to further understand the stress of the structure and provide the basis for the structural design of the open tunnel, the dynamic finite element method is used to study the structural mechanical response of the double-line single-pressure arch tunnel under the impact of rock drop. First of all, taking vertical drop impact as the basic working condition, starting with the interaction and motion path of rock fall and roof backfill, the stress, strain rate, displacement, velocity and acceleration of the structure are analyzed. According to the law of energy conversion and transfer between rock fall, backfill and structure, combined with the stress response of structure and basement, the mechanism of cushioning and protecting structure of backfill and concrete filling material to rock drop impact is expounded. The influence of the side wall form on the stress on the base and invert arch is also discussed. Finally, the 45 擄oblique impact response is analyzed and compared with the basic working conditions. The results show that the designed structure can withstand the vertical impact energy of 700kJ, the arch, the shoulder, the inside of the wall and the site of the ear wall are unfavorable relative to the force. The strain rate response caused by impact is between 1 脳 10 ~ (-3) and 1 脳 10 ~ (-2) s ~ (-1), which is the same as that caused by earthquake.
