LDPE與橡膠粉復(fù)合改性瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層混合料技術(shù)性能研究

【摘要】:為提高應(yīng)力吸收層材料的抗裂性和疲勞耐久性,阻止反射裂縫的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,將橡膠粉與低密度PE進(jìn)行復(fù)配,基于室內(nèi)加速加載、小梁彎曲和間接拉伸疲勞試驗(yàn)研究了LDPE和橡膠粉摻量對(duì)應(yīng)力吸收層混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性和抗疲勞耐久性的影響并將其路用性能與STRATA應(yīng)力吸收層混合料進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。研究結(jié)果表明,相同LDPE摻量情況下,增大橡膠粉摻量復(fù)合改性瀝青旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度呈二次函數(shù)關(guān)系增大,橡膠粉和LDPE摻量對(duì)復(fù)合改性瀝青軟化點(diǎn)有顯著的影響,橡膠粉對(duì)LDPE改性瀝青的低溫性能有明顯的改善作用,而LDPE摻量越大復(fù)合改性瀝青低溫抗裂性越差;以軟化點(diǎn)≥75℃,5℃延度≥20 cm,135℃黏度≤3.5 Pa·s,25℃彈性恢復(fù)率≥65%作為判別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)選了五種不同復(fù)配方案,經(jīng)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)路驗(yàn)證推薦最佳復(fù)配方案為6%LDPE+18%橡膠粉。研究成果可對(duì)今后同類型工程設(shè)計(jì)提供技術(shù)參考與研究思路。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the crack resistance and fatigue durability of stress-absorbing layer materials and prevent the occurrence and development of reflective cracks, rubber powder was combined with low-density PE, which was based on indoor accelerated loading. The effects of LDPE and rubber powder content on the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue durability of stress-absorbing layer mixture were studied by trabecular bending and indirect tensile fatigue test. The road performance of the mixture was compared with that of STRATA stress-absorbing layer mixture. The results show that the rotational viscosity of composite modified asphalt increases with the increase of rubber powder content under the same LDPE content, and the rubber powder and LDPE content have a significant effect on the softening point of composite modified asphalt. Rubber powder can obviously improve the low temperature performance of LDPE modified asphalt, but the higher the content of LDPE is, the worse the low temperature crack resistance of modified asphalt is.
