建筑材料對(duì)高速公路瀝青路面耐久性影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過添加改性劑TPS對(duì)SBS瀝青進(jìn)行改性,研究了高速公路瀝青路面的耐久性,浸水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)表明,改性瀝青浸水殘留穩(wěn)定度要比基質(zhì)瀝青的高,具有較好水穩(wěn)定性能。175℃拌和溫度下,SBS瀝青與TPS改性瀝青浸水殘留穩(wěn)定度相差較小;190℃拌和溫度下,TPS改性瀝青混合料的抗水損害性能提高顯著。凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)表明,TPS改性瀝青凍融劈裂強(qiáng)度均高于基質(zhì)瀝青,190℃拌和溫度下,TPS瀝青試件抗水損害性能提升明顯,黏結(jié)性良好;浸水飛散試驗(yàn)表明,TPS改性瀝青浸水飛散試驗(yàn)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)飛散試驗(yàn)損失率比較接近。根據(jù)試驗(yàn),TPS摻量選擇12.5%,拌和溫度選擇190℃較為合適。工程實(shí)際表明,改性SBS瀝青試驗(yàn)路與普通路段的彎沉回復(fù)率分別為68.2%和84.0%,說明改性SBS瀝青比普通路面具有更強(qiáng)的抵抗變形的能力,凍融穩(wěn)定性更好。
