高速公路隧道照明智能節(jié)電技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步,大量的高橋隧比高速公路在不斷增加,基于行車安全以及運營管理需要,隧道機(jī)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)置功能日益完善,其中隧道照明是安全行車和管理的基本保障,是高速隧道機(jī)電系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部分。由于高消耗和電網(wǎng)的不穩(wěn)定,造成了大量的電能浪費,照明節(jié)電自動化程度幾乎為零,所以研究、設(shè)計以及推廣新型照明節(jié)電及監(jiān)控自動化管理,有效提高電力資源利用率是非常及時和必要的。本文根據(jù)陜西省高速公路隧道照明運營管理現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有照明控制方式,利用了有載調(diào)壓的方式,設(shè)計出一種新型照明節(jié)電監(jiān)控自動化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)是在現(xiàn)代計算機(jī)控制技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,將采集到照明回路中的電壓通過ZIGBEE無線通信傳給智能節(jié)電柜,再通過智能節(jié)電柜將電壓信息傳給上位監(jiān)控計算機(jī),通過對比由上位機(jī)發(fā)出控制指令,對輸入電壓進(jìn)行調(diào)控,實現(xiàn)照明智能管理與節(jié)能的自動化。首先,本文分析了高速公路隧道照明智能節(jié)電技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有高速公路隧道照明控制方式及用電過程中存在的問題,提出了智能化控制解決方案;其次,本文研究設(shè)計了隧道照明智能節(jié)電控制系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),并設(shè)計了隧道照明智能節(jié)電監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備節(jié)電柜、單燈控制器的具體電路圖、具體設(shè)計參數(shù)、端子圖、安裝圖等,通過ZIGBEE無線通訊方式,解決了監(jiān)控分中心上位機(jī)與智能節(jié)電柜、智能節(jié)電柜與單燈控制器之間控制回路的通訊傳輸;第三,綜合各方面因素,設(shè)計了隧道智能節(jié)電監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的軟件。主要包括隧道智能節(jié)電控制系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、軟件總體功能、軟件業(yè)務(wù)流程和界面。最后,將本文的技術(shù)及軟件系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運于神府高速臥龍灣隧道和商漫下口子隧道,通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和對比,證明本文的技術(shù)研究應(yīng)用基本能夠達(dá)到一定的節(jié)能作用。通過在神府高速公路臥虎灣隧道和商漫下口子隧道的實踐應(yīng)用證明,本文所設(shè)計的隧道照明智能節(jié)電監(jiān)控自動化系統(tǒng),設(shè)計原理和方法正確,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的研究目的,基本滿足隧道照明節(jié)能的需要。為高速公路隧道照明運營管理節(jié)能提出了一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, a large number of high bridge and tunnel ratio highway is increasing. Due to the need of traffic safety and operation management, the function of tunnel electromechanical system is becoming more and more perfect. Tunnel lighting is the basic guarantee of safe driving and management, and the key part of high-speed tunnel electromechanical system. Because of the high consumption and the instability of the power grid, a lot of electric energy is wasted, and the automation degree of lighting energy saving is almost zero, so the research, design and promotion of new lighting power saving and monitoring automation management are studied, designed and popularized. It is very timely and necessary to improve the utilization ratio of electric power resources effectively. According to the current situation of lighting operation and management of highway tunnel in Shaanxi province, combined with the existing lighting control mode and the mode of on-load voltage regulation, a new automatic system of lighting power saving monitoring is designed in this paper. Based on the modern computer control technology, the voltage collected in the lighting loop is transmitted to the intelligent power saving cabinet through ZIGBEE wireless communication, and then the voltage information is transmitted to the upper monitor computer through the intelligent power saving cabinet. By comparing the control commands issued by the upper computer, the input voltage is regulated to realize the automation of intelligent lighting management and energy saving. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent power saving technology of expressway tunnel lighting, combining with the existing highway tunnel lighting control mode and the existing problems in the process of electricity use, put forward an intelligent control solution; secondly, This paper studies and designs the overall structure of the intelligent power saving control system for tunnel lighting, and designs the main equipment of the intelligent power saving monitoring system for tunnel lighting, the specific circuit diagram of the single lamp controller, the specific design parameters, the terminal diagram, the main equipment of the tunnel lighting intelligent power saving monitoring system. Installation diagram and so on, through ZIGBEE wireless communication mode, has solved the communication transmission between the upper computer and the intelligent power saving cabinet, the intelligent power saving cabinet and the single lamp controller of the monitoring sub-center; third, synthesizes the various factors, The software of tunnel intelligent power saving monitoring system is designed. It mainly includes the overall structure of the tunnel intelligent power saving control system, the overall function of the software, the software business process and the interface. Finally, the technology and software system of this paper should be used in the Shenfu High Speed Wolong Bay Tunnel and the Shangmanxiaozi Tunnel. Through the data statistics and comparison, it is proved that the research and application of this paper can basically achieve a certain energy saving effect. Through the practice and application in Huhu Bay Tunnel and Shangmanxia Tunnel of Shenfu Expressway, it is proved that the design principle and method of the intelligent power saving monitoring automation system for tunnel lighting designed in this paper is correct, and the expected research purpose is achieved. Basically meet the tunnel lighting energy saving needs. A new way of thinking is put forward for the operation and management of highway tunnel lighting.
