淺埋盾構(gòu)隧道開挖面失穩(wěn)發(fā)展過程模型試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了研究開挖面支護(hù)力、地層變形規(guī)律和開挖面失穩(wěn)發(fā)展過程,利用對稱性,采用半隧道模型,進(jìn)行不同支護(hù)板后退速率下的4組試驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明,支護(hù)板后退速率影響支護(hù)力和地層變形數(shù)值,而不影響其發(fā)展規(guī)律.隨著支護(hù)板位移增大,支護(hù)力快速下降到最小值,接著上升到穩(wěn)定值.相應(yīng)地,開挖面失穩(wěn)發(fā)展依次經(jīng)歷局部剪切帶、閉合剪切帶、貫穿剪切帶3個階段.與理論模型的對比發(fā)現(xiàn),機(jī)動場模型處于閉合剪切帶階段,得到的支護(hù)力更接近于最小支護(hù)力;楔形體模型處于貫穿剪切帶階段,得到的支護(hù)力更接近于穩(wěn)定支護(hù)力.
[Abstract]:In order to study the support force of excavation face, the law of formation deformation and the development process of excavation face instability, four groups of experiments were carried out with semi-tunnel model by using symmetry. The results show that the retrogression rate of the support plate affects the support force and the deformation value of the stratum, but does not affect its development law. With the increase of support plate displacement, the support force rapidly decreases to the minimum value, and then rises to the stable value. Accordingly, the instability development of excavated face goes through three stages: local shear zone, closed shear zone and shear zone. Compared with the theoretical model, the maneuvering field model is in the closed shear zone stage, and the support force is closer to the minimum support force, and the wedge model is in the shear zone stage, and the support force is closer to the stable support force.
