【摘要】：高速公路是重要的交通基礎設施,高速公路服務區(qū)是這個嚴格控制出入的全封閉交通設施上的重要停靠節(jié)點。隨著我國高速公路網(wǎng)絡的逐漸完善,高速公路服務區(qū)數(shù)量的增加和質(zhì)量的提升是大勢所趨。服務區(qū)的特色化設計,尤其是能夠積極調(diào)動周邊資源、滿足各方需求的旅游型服務區(qū)的設計,具有可行性和必要性。旅游型服務區(qū)是一類較具特色的高速公路服務區(qū),其服務對象中旅游觀光車輛和人群占比較大,區(qū)內(nèi)不僅包含服務區(qū)的基本功能,而且包含服務旅游車輛和人群的更多樣化更有針對性的配套服務功能。本文將旅游型服務區(qū)設計的研究作為探索服務區(qū)特色化設計的切入點。首先,系統(tǒng)歸納并梳理符合我國特點的、科學合理的、切實可行的高速公路服務區(qū)設計原則。進而,針對什么是旅游型服務區(qū)、哪些服務區(qū)是旅游型服務區(qū)、旅游型服務區(qū)有何價值等問題進行探索,即提出旅游型服務區(qū)的概念,并選取出不同地域、不同規(guī)模、不同建造年代的三十余個典型的旅游型服務區(qū)案例,得出旅游型服務區(qū)的特征畫像。再而,針對旅游型服務區(qū)的設計應具備哪些環(huán)境條件、運用何種理念、采用哪些方法等問題進行思考,即通過對典型案例的歸納和比較,得出旅游型服務區(qū)設計在宏觀、中觀、微觀三個層次的環(huán)境條件,在“關注人的需求”、“關注地域文脈”、“關注場所秩序”三個角度的設計理念,以及在總體布局、功能配置、空間形態(tài)三個方面的設計策略。最后,在廣西崇水高速公路花山服務區(qū)項目中將旅游型服務區(qū)的設計策略進行實踐。旅游型服務區(qū)是服務區(qū)未來發(fā)展的重要模式之一,是對服務區(qū)由基礎服務向復合功能轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢的有效應對,能夠帶來良好的的經(jīng)濟效益、社會效用和文化效應。
[Abstract]:Expressway is an important transportation infrastructure. Expressway Service area is an important stop node in this strictly controlled and totally closed traffic facility. With the gradual improvement of expressway network, the increase of the quantity and quality of expressway service area is the trend of the times. The characteristic design of service area, especially the design of tourist service area which can actively mobilize the peripheral resources and meet the needs of all parties, is feasible and necessary. Tourist service area is a kind of freeway service area with special features. The tourist vehicles and crowds account for a large proportion of the service objects, and the area not only contains the basic functions of the service area, It also includes more diversified and targeted service functions for tourist vehicles and people. In this paper, the research of tourism service area design is regarded as the breakthrough point to explore the characteristic design of service area. First of all, it systematically summarizes and combs the design principles of freeway service area which accord with the characteristics of our country, scientific and reasonable. Then, this paper explores the problems of what is tourism service area, which service area is tourism service area and what is the value of tourism service area, that is, the concept of tourism service area is put forward, and different regions and different scales are selected. There are more than 30 typical cases of tourist service area in different construction years, and the characteristic portrait of tourist service area is obtained. Then, in view of the tourism service area design should have what environment condition, which idea, which method and so on question carries on the ponder, namely through the induction and the comparison to the typical case, obtains the tourism service area design in the macroscopic, the meso view, The three levels of microcosmic environmental conditions, such as "paying attention to the needs of human beings", "paying attention to regional context" and "paying attention to the order of places", and the design strategies in three aspects of overall layout, function configuration and spatial form. Finally, the design strategy of tourist service area is put into practice in Guangxi Chongshui Expressway Huashan Service area Project. Tourist service area is one of the important models of service area development in the future. It is an effective response to the transition trend of service area from basic service to compound function, which can bring good economic benefit, social utility and cultural effect.
