臺背回填中氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土性能的試驗研究

【摘要】:橋頭跳車成為世界性公路工程的通病病害,長期以來一直困擾著公路工程的建設(shè)和使用。氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土是由水泥、原料土、發(fā)泡劑以及水混合攪拌而成,其主要的特性是密度小、具有一定強度、流動性好、固化后可直立等,用于臺背的回填可預(yù)防及減小產(chǎn)生橋頭跳車危害的產(chǎn)生。通過對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土研究的系統(tǒng)調(diào)研,明確了目前氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了目前氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土的發(fā)展中存在的不足,通過對其不足進行分析研究,確立了研究內(nèi)容和研究方法等。通過對兩種工程廢棄土(濕陷性黃土和粉質(zhì)粘土)的密度試驗、顆粒級配試驗、液塑限試驗等進行研究,明確兩種土的基本物理性能,首次使用這兩種土做為原料土進行氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土的研究;通過對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)發(fā)泡劑的資料收集和研究,明確了各類發(fā)泡劑的優(yōu)缺點,篩選出目前國內(nèi)外常用于工程施工的發(fā)泡劑種類,通過其發(fā)泡倍率試驗、氣泡群密度試驗、沉降距試驗和經(jīng)濟因素等進行對比選擇出發(fā)泡劑種類進行氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土的制備。報告了氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土用途的現(xiàn)狀并進行簡單的論述,明確了氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土在臺背回填中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢性;通過對氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土拌合的研究、拌合好氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土漿體后進行濕容重試驗,流動度試驗以及適應(yīng)性試驗,得出氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土具有較小的密度,且具有良好的流動性能,滿足實際工程的需要;通過對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護后的氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土試件的密度、吸水率等試驗研究,確定出試件具有較輕的密度,氣泡的閉合性能較好的配合比。對氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護試件進行了無側(cè)限抗壓強度試驗,并進行分析研究,確定原料土及氣泡摻量對抗壓強度的影響,確定了合理的原料土及氣泡的摻量;對抗壓強度試驗、干濕循環(huán)試驗和凍融循環(huán)試驗后的試件,對其內(nèi)部的結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析研究;通過氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護試件的耐久性(干濕循環(huán)試驗以及凍融循環(huán)試驗)進行試驗研究,得出干濕循環(huán)和凍融循環(huán)對抗壓強度的影響,以及原料土和氣泡摻量對耐久性能的影響。結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬氣泡混合輕質(zhì)土回填的工后沉降量,綜合以上試驗結(jié)果,確定出原料土和氣泡的含量范圍。
[Abstract]:Bridgehead jumping has become a common disease of highway engineering all over the world, which has been puzzling the construction and use of highway engineering for a long time. Bubble mixing lightweight soil is made of cement, raw material soil, foaming agent and water mixing. Its main characteristics are small density, certain strength, good fluidity, upright after curing, etc. Backfilling for abutment backfilling can prevent and reduce the harm of bridge-head jumping. Based on the systematic investigation of bubble mixed lightweight soil at home and abroad, the present development situation of bubble mixed lightweight soil is clarified, and the shortcomings in the development of bubble mixed lightweight soil are summarized, and the shortcomings are analyzed and studied. The research contents and methods are established. The basic physical properties of two kinds of waste engineering soil (collapsible loess and silty clay) were studied by means of density test, particle gradation test and liquid-plastic limit test. It is the first time to use these two kinds of soil as raw material to study the bubble mixed light soil, and through collecting and studying the information about foaming agent at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of foaming agents are clarified. The types of foaming agents which are commonly used in engineering construction at home and abroad are selected. Through the comparison of foaming ratio test, bubble group density test, settlement distance test and economic factors, the types of foaming agents are selected to prepare bubble mixed lightweight soil. This paper reports the present situation of the application of bubble mixed lightweight soil and discusses briefly the superiority of bubble mixed light soil in backfill of platform, and through the research on mixing of bubble mixed light soil, The wet bulk density test, fluidity test and adaptability test are carried out after mixing the light soil slurry with bubbles. It is concluded that the mixed light soil with bubble has small density and good fluidity, which can meet the needs of practical engineering. Through the experimental study on density and water absorption rate of the light soil samples after standard curing, it is determined that the sample has a lighter density and a better mixture ratio of the bubble closure performance. The unconfined compressive strength test was carried out on the standard curing specimen of light soil mixed with bubble, and the influence of the content of raw soil and bubble on the compressive strength was determined, and the reasonable content of raw soil and bubble was determined. The internal structure of the specimens after compressive strength test, dry and wet cycle test and freeze-thaw cycle test were analyzed and studied. The durability (dry and wet cycle test and freeze-thaw cycle test) of standard curing specimen of light soil with bubble mixing was studied, and the influence of wet and dry cycle and freeze-thaw cycle on compressive strength was obtained. And the influence of the content of raw soil and bubble on the durability. Combined with the numerical simulation of the settlement of the backfilled light soil mixed with bubble, the content range of the raw material soil and the bubble is determined by synthesizing the above experimental results.
