建筑垃圾填筑路基段沉降規(guī)律預(yù)測(cè)與分析

【摘要】:科學(xué)、合理地預(yù)測(cè)工后沉降量是公路建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。建筑垃圾填筑路基沉降變形量級(jí)較小,且相對(duì)波動(dòng)較大,在軟土路基等較大變形的沉降預(yù)測(cè)中得到最廣泛的應(yīng)用的曲線擬合法是否適用于這種沉降變形的情形還有待于研究,因此,結(jié)合垃圾填筑路基沉降變形特點(diǎn),對(duì)沉降預(yù)測(cè)算法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析和優(yōu)化比選,探索穩(wěn)定性好、精度高、操作便捷的預(yù)測(cè)算法,具有重要的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值和學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。首先,依托某環(huán)線建筑垃圾填筑路基段工程,針對(duì)沉降特征未知性、預(yù)測(cè)局限性等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)化監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得到該路基段沉降特點(diǎn),分析了建筑垃圾地基形變的機(jī)理及路基工后沉降的組成,得到了路基沉降評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為之后的各算法預(yù)測(cè)提供了評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其次,對(duì)路基進(jìn)行基于有限元的概率設(shè)計(jì)分析,所得結(jié)果與路基實(shí)測(cè)后期沉降值一致,表明監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的有效性及ANSYS分析路基最終沉降值的準(zhǔn)確性。再次,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的地基沉降理論計(jì)算算法進(jìn)行了適用范圍的歸納總結(jié),對(duì)常用算法如三點(diǎn)法、雙曲線法、拓展雙曲線法、星野法算法進(jìn)行了研究,以建筑垃圾填筑路基段A匝道、D匝道工程沉降變形監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,仿真預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果得到這四種常用算法的適用性和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),接著,針對(duì)四種常用算法的不足及局限性,提出了組合改進(jìn)算法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了沉降預(yù)測(cè)適用性及特性研究,最后,由預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果可知三點(diǎn)-星野法和三點(diǎn)修正雙曲線法能夠克服實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)波動(dòng)大帶來的影響,預(yù)測(cè)所得的相關(guān)系數(shù)接近理想值,誤差平方和小,在對(duì)垃圾填筑路基進(jìn)行沉降預(yù)測(cè)時(shí)優(yōu)于三點(diǎn)法、拓展雙曲線法、星野法及等時(shí)距拓展雙曲線法。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容為確定垃圾填筑路基沉降規(guī)律提供了科學(xué)依據(jù),并為建筑垃圾作為路基填料的應(yīng)用提供了參考,具有顯著的社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable prediction of post construction settlement is the key link of highway construction. The settlement deformation of construction refuse filling subgrade is small and relatively fluctuant, and the most widely applied curve fitting method for the settlement prediction of the larger deformation of soft soil subgrade is still to be studied, so it remains to be studied. Combined with the characteristics of settlement and deformation of subgrade, the system analysis and optimization of settlement prediction algorithm are systematically analyzed, and the prediction algorithm with good stability, high accuracy and convenient operation is explored. It has important engineering application value and academic value. The automatic monitoring system is designed, and the monitoring data of the site are analyzed. The settlement characteristics of the subgrade section are obtained. The mechanism of the deformation of the building garbage foundation and the composition of the subgrade settlement are analyzed. The evaluation index and standard standard of the subgrade settlement are obtained, and the evaluation criteria for the subsequent algorithms are provided. Secondly, the evaluation criteria are provided. The subgrade is based on the probabilistic design analysis based on the finite element method. The results are in agreement with the later settlement value of the subgrade, indicating the validity of the monitoring system and the accuracy of the ANSYS analysis of the final settlement value of the subgrade. Again, the applicable range of the existing foundation settlement theory calculation algorithm is summarized, and the common algorithms, such as the three point method and the hyperbola, are used. The method, expansion of hyperbola method and Hoshino Nori algorithm are studied, which are based on the A ramp on the base section of building garbage, and the monitoring data of the settlement deformation of the D ramp project is the sample. The applicability and the advantages and disadvantages of the four commonly used algorithms are obtained by the simulation prediction results. Then, a combination improvement algorithm is proposed for the shortcomings and limitations of the four commonly used algorithms. The applicability and characteristics of settlement prediction are studied. Finally, it is known from the prediction results that the three point field method and the three point modified hyperbola method can overcome the influence of the great fluctuation of measured data. The correlation coefficient of the prediction is close to the ideal value, the square sum of error is small, and the settlement prediction of refuse filling road foundation is superior to the three point method and expands double. The curve method, Hoshino Nori and the equal time distance expansion hyperbola method. The research content of this paper provides a scientific basis for determining the settlement law of refuse filling subgrade, and provides a reference for the application of building garbage as a subgrade filling, and has significant social benefits.
