異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯改性蒙脫土改性瀝青的性能

【摘要】:采用異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)對醋酸化蒙脫土(HMMT)進(jìn)行改性,得到IPDI改性HMMT(IPDI-HMMT);以IPDI-HMMT作為新的瀝青化學(xué)改性劑,通過熔融共混法制備改性瀝青材料;研究了改性瀝青的物理性能、UV老化性和熱穩(wěn)定性.結(jié)果表明:接枝上—NCO的IPDI-HMMT能與瀝青中羥基反應(yīng)生成氨基甲酸酯,形成剝離結(jié)構(gòu);IPDIHMMT摻入瀝青后,改性瀝青材料的起始分解溫度提升了9℃,軟化點(diǎn)高達(dá)57.0℃,且其離析軟化點(diǎn)差值及UV老化后質(zhì)量改變率、軟化點(diǎn)增量和殘留針入度比的變化均小于Na-MMT改性瀝青.IPDI-HMMT與瀝青的化學(xué)反應(yīng)加強(qiáng)了內(nèi)部組分的相互作用而形成穩(wěn)定的膠體結(jié)構(gòu),對瀝青性能的增強(qiáng)效果優(yōu)于Na-MMT.
[Abstract]:Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was used to modify the acetic acid montmorillonite (HMMT) and IPDI modified HMMT (IPDI-HMMT) was prepared by melt blending. The physical properties, UV aging and thermal stability of modified asphalt were studied. The results show that the IPDI-HMMT grafted with -NCO can react with the hydroxyl group to form carbamate.
