玄武巖纖維低噪聲瀝青混合料路用性能及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:由于我國道路交通量的急劇增長,以及車輛荷載軸重的不斷增大,使得瀝青混凝土路面的早期病害現(xiàn)象日益突出,其中瀝青路面的車轍、裂縫病害尤為嚴重。鑒于此,道路工作者開展了針對此類問題的相關(guān)研究,著眼于提高瀝青混凝土路面的路用性能、延長瀝青路面的服役期限。而本文研究的玄武巖纖維作為一種新型材料有效提高了瀝青混合料的路用性能,在道路工程中具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。雖然玄武巖纖維應(yīng)用于瀝青混合料具有其優(yōu)越性,然而我國有關(guān)玄武巖纖維改性瀝青混合料的研究起步較晚,將其應(yīng)用于低噪聲瀝青路面的相關(guān)研究更是鮮有報道,其玄武巖纖維低噪聲瀝青路面的路用性能有待進一步的研究和驗證。因此,本文通過正交試驗及駐波管試驗,對比分析了不同影響因素對開級配瀝青混合料降噪性能的影響規(guī)律,并利用針入度試驗、軟化點試驗、延度試驗、彈性恢復(fù)試驗以及表觀粘度試驗測定了玄武巖纖維瀝青的相關(guān)指標,揭示了玄武巖纖維與瀝青的作用機理。此外,通過室內(nèi)試驗測定了不同摻量玄武巖纖維開級配瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性、高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫穩(wěn)定性、滲水性能、抗滑性能指標,研究了玄武巖纖維摻量對開級配瀝青混合料路用性能的影響規(guī)律,最后從試驗路的角度提出了玄武巖纖維改性瀝青混合料的配合比設(shè)計及施工工藝。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid growth of road traffic volume and the increasing of vehicle load axle load, the early disease phenomenon of asphalt concrete pavement is increasingly prominent, especially the rutting and crack diseases of asphalt pavement. In view of this, the road workers have carried out the related research aimed at improving the pavement performance of asphalt concrete pavement and prolonging the service life of asphalt pavement. The basalt fiber studied in this paper, as a new material, can effectively improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, and has a broad application prospect in road engineering. Although the application of basalt fiber in asphalt mixture has its advantages, the research on basalt fiber modified asphalt mixture has started relatively late in our country, and it is rarely reported that the application of basalt fiber to asphalt pavement is low noise. The road performance of basalt fiber low noise asphalt pavement needs further research and verification. Therefore, through orthogonal test and standing wave tube test, this paper compares and analyzes the influence of different factors on the noise reduction performance of open graded asphalt mixture, and makes use of penetration test, softening point test, ductility test, etc. The relative indexes of basalt fiber asphalt were measured by elastic recovery test and apparent viscosity test, and the interaction mechanism between basalt fiber and asphalt was revealed. In addition, the water stability, high temperature stability, low temperature stability, water permeability and skid resistance of asphalt mixture with different content of basalt fiber are measured by laboratory tests. The influence of basalt fiber content on pavement performance of open graded asphalt mixture is studied. At last, the proportion design and construction technology of basalt fiber modified asphalt mixture are put forward from the point of view of test road.
