加砂泥漿在砂性地層中成膜效率試驗

【摘要】:在泥漿中添加粗粒材料是解決高透水地層成膜困難的一個重要手段,但粗粒材料在泥漿中容易產(chǎn)生沉降分離,制約了粗粒材料堵塞地層機(jī)制的研究。為揭示含粗粒材料的泥漿在砂性地層中的堵塞機(jī)制,通過自制試驗儀器開展添加輕質(zhì)砂的泥漿在砂性地層中侵入成膜特征影響的試驗研究。結(jié)果表明:選取輕質(zhì)砂作為粗粒材料可以有效解決粗粒材料沉降分離對試驗結(jié)果的影響;部分無法成膜的泥漿通過添加粗粒材料,可以實現(xiàn)成膜的目的;適量添加粗粒材料可以有效縮短成膜時間和降低成膜濾失量,改善成膜效率,但添加量達(dá)到一定值,其改善效果降低;粗粒材料在地層大孔隙中架橋堵塞形成泥膜骨架結(jié)構(gòu),泥膜質(zhì)量得到提高;粒徑為0.5 mm的輕質(zhì)砂在試驗砂性地層中成膜效果較好,選取合適粒徑的粗粒材料對成膜效果尤為重要;添加量和粒徑范圍是兩個關(guān)鍵的影響因素,二者范圍的確定可為實際工程泥漿的制備提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Adding coarse grained material to mud is an important method to solve the difficulty of film formation in high permeability formation, but coarse grained material is easy to produce sedimentation separation in mud, which restricts the study of mechanism of coarse grained material blocking formation. In order to reveal the plugging mechanism of mud containing coarse grained material in sand formation, the influence of mud with light sand on the characteristics of invading film in sandy formation was studied by means of self-made test instrument. The results show that the influence of sedimentation separation on the test results can be effectively solved by selecting light sand as coarse grained material, and the film forming purpose can be achieved by adding coarse grained material to some mud which can not form film. Appropriate amount of coarse grained material can effectively shorten film forming time, reduce film-forming filtration and improve film-forming efficiency, but when the amount of coarse grained material reaches a certain value, its improvement effect is reduced, and coarse grained material is bridged and blocked in formation macropores to form mud membrane skeleton structure. The quality of slime film was improved, the film-forming effect of lightweight sand with diameter of 0.5 mm was better in the experimental sand formation, the selection of coarse grained material with appropriate particle size was particularly important for the film-forming effect, and the addition amount and the particle size range were two key factors affecting the film-forming effect. The determination of the range of the two can provide guidance for the preparation of practical engineering mud.
