在役鋼管混凝土拱橋檢測技術(shù)及可靠性評價方法研究

【摘要】:橋梁工程作為交通運輸?shù)难屎砉こ?在國民經(jīng)濟和人民生活中發(fā)揮著重要作用。鋼管混凝土拱橋以優(yōu)美的外觀和合理的結(jié)構(gòu)形式在我國得到廣泛應(yīng)用,然而目前在役的鋼管混凝土拱橋很多已經(jīng)進入病險期,出現(xiàn)了不同程度的老化、破損現(xiàn)象,已經(jīng)嚴重影響橋梁的正常使用。因此,對在役鋼管混凝土拱橋進行檢測與可靠性評價,為相關(guān)部門制定科學(xué)的決策提供依據(jù),具有十分重要的意義。本文在前人研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合鋼管混凝土拱橋結(jié)構(gòu)特點對在役鋼管混凝土拱橋可靠性進行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,主要成果如下:(1)分析總結(jié)了橋梁檢測的常用方法,主要以某下承式鋼管混凝土吊桿拱橋為背景,介紹了鋼管混凝土吊桿拱橋的主要檢測流程和注意事項,得到以下結(jié)論:1通過檢查,除發(fā)現(xiàn)個別構(gòu)件存在少量影響結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性病害情況(局部滲水、裂縫及混凝土破損)以外,未見其他明顯結(jié)構(gòu)性缺陷,橋梁整體穩(wěn)定。2非破損試驗檢測結(jié)果表明,該橋結(jié)構(gòu)材料實際性能滿足設(shè)計要求,并且,現(xiàn)階段外界環(huán)境的侵蝕對構(gòu)件性能的影響不大。3除了一般的常規(guī)檢查外,針對該鋼管混凝土拱橋的專項檢測結(jié)果表明,該橋拱軸線線形良好,拱肋整體結(jié)構(gòu)性能穩(wěn)定,但吊桿下錨頭滲水、銹蝕較嚴重,應(yīng)盡快進行處理。(2)根據(jù)在役鋼管混凝土拱橋的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,對影響結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性的主要因素進行分析,建立了鋼管混凝土拱橋的拱肋、吊桿及橫梁的極限狀態(tài)方程,并以吊桿及拱肋可靠性的計算為例進行了應(yīng)用研究。(3)根據(jù)鋼管混凝土拱橋的結(jié)構(gòu)形式建立了具有四層結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼管混凝土拱橋可靠性評價體系,并討論了評價體系中底層指標的等級評判標準,引入三角隸屬函數(shù)作為底層指標的隸屬函數(shù),利用模糊理論對底層指標的評分進行模糊化處理,提出了基于層次分析的在役鋼管混凝土拱橋可靠性模糊綜合評價方法。(4)以某鋼管混凝土拱橋健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)為例簡單介紹了橋梁健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的基本內(nèi)容、構(gòu)成及工作流程。
[Abstract]:Bridge engineering, as a throat project of transportation, plays an important role in national economy and people's life. Concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) arch bridges are widely used in China with beautiful appearance and reasonable structure. However, at present, many CFST arch bridges in service have entered the period of danger of illness, and have appeared the phenomenon of aging and breakage to varying degrees. It has seriously affected the normal use of the bridge. Therefore, it is of great significance to test and evaluate the reliability of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges in service, which can provide scientific basis for relevant departments to make scientific decisions. In this paper, based on the previous research results, combined with the structural characteristics of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge, the reliability of in-service concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is studied systematically. The main results are as follows: (1) the common methods of bridge detection are analyzed and summarized. Taking a through concrete filled steel tube suspension arch bridge as the background, this paper introduces the main inspection flow and matters needing attention of the concrete filled steel tube suspension arch bridge, and obtains the following conclusions: 1. Except that there are a few structural defects (local seepage, crack and concrete breakage) affecting the durability of the bridge, there are no obvious structural defects. The test results of the whole stability of the bridge show that the whole stability of the bridge is 2. 2. The actual performance of the structure material of the bridge meets the design requirements. Moreover, at present, the external environment erosion has little effect on the performance of the members. The arch axis of the bridge is good, and the overall structure of the arch rib is stable, but the water seepage and corrosion at the anchor head of the suspender are serious, which should be dealt with as soon as possible. (2) according to the structure form of the concrete filled steel tube arch bridge in service, Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the reliability of the structure, the ultimate state equations of arch ribs, suspenders and beams of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges are established. The reliability calculation of suspenders and arch ribs is taken as an example. (3) according to the structure form of CFST arch bridge, the reliability evaluation system of CFST arch bridge with four-story structure is established. In this paper, the evaluation standard of the bottom index in the evaluation system is discussed. The triangular membership function is introduced as the membership function of the bottom index, and the score of the bottom index is treated by fuzzy theory. This paper presents a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for reliability of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges in service based on AHP. (4) taking a concrete filled steel tube arch bridge health monitoring system as an example, the basic contents, composition and work flow of the health monitoring system are briefly introduced.
