再生粗骨料對瀝青混合料路用性能的影響

【摘要】:道路工程具有多等級、多結(jié)構(gòu)層次的特征,對原材料的質(zhì)量要求也是隨著道路等級的降低和結(jié)構(gòu)深度的增加而逐漸降低的,可以消納不同種類與質(zhì)量的建筑垃圾,而且體量巨大,因此必將是建筑垃圾循環(huán)利用的主要渠道。在研究再生粗骨料與天然骨料主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)差異的基礎(chǔ)上,開展采用天然骨料與不同摻量再生粗骨料AC-20C和ATB-25瀝青混合料路用性能及力學(xué)特性的比較研究。結(jié)果表明:隨著再生粗骨料摻量增加,瀝青用量增加,但有效瀝青用量與瀝青膜厚度基本維持不變,摻加60%以內(nèi)再生粗骨料可顯著提高瀝青混合料的高溫性能。再生粗骨料對混合料的水穩(wěn)定性具有積極影響,但低溫抗裂性降低,劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度逐漸下降?紤]綜合性能,建議再生粗骨料摻量不超過60%。
[Abstract]:Road engineering has the characteristics of multi-grade and multi-structure levels. The quality requirements of raw materials are also gradually reduced with the decrease of road grade and the increase of structural depth, which can absorb construction waste of different kinds and quality. And the volume is huge, so it will be the main channel of recycling construction waste. On the basis of studying the difference of main technical indexes between recycled coarse aggregate and natural aggregate, the road performance and mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate AC-20C and ATB-25 asphalt mixture were studied. The results show that the amount of asphalt increases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content, but the effective asphalt content and the thickness of asphalt film remain unchanged, and the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture can be improved significantly by adding recycled coarse aggregate within 60%. The recycled coarse aggregate has a positive effect on the water stability of the mixture, but the cracking resistance at low temperature decreases and the tensile strength decreases gradually. Considering the comprehensive properties, it is suggested that the amount of recycled coarse aggregate should not exceed 60%.
