鐵路膨脹巖隧道支護結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性與注漿范圍分析

【摘要】:為分析膨脹巖對隧道工程造成的影響程度,綜合分析膨脹巖的細觀膨脹機理和宏觀膨脹特性,確定膨脹發(fā)生的主客觀因素,通過對膨脹巖試驗結(jié)果的歸納,提出一種膨脹巖綜合分級標準。針對膨脹巖的脹縮性質(zhì),推導(dǎo)濕度應(yīng)力場和溫度應(yīng)力場的理論關(guān)系,以玉蒙鐵路秀山隧道為工程背景,利用ANSYS軟件分析不同膨脹級別、膨脹范圍下膨脹力對支護結(jié)構(gòu)的影響程度。結(jié)果表明,在弱膨脹工況下最大注漿加固范圍為2m,中等膨脹工況下最大加固范圍為6m,強膨脹工況下原斷面不再適用。膨脹級別越高,支護結(jié)構(gòu)變形越大,隧道拱頂位移隨著膨脹力的釋放由下沉逐步變?yōu)樯仙?仰拱產(chǎn)生底鼓,邊墻收斂表現(xiàn)為在一定的加固范圍下隨膨脹系數(shù)增加而增加,在中、強膨脹級別下隨著加固范圍的增加表現(xiàn)為前期變形很快,而后期變小的現(xiàn)象,支護結(jié)構(gòu)有被壓扁的趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence degree of expansive rock on tunnel engineering, the macroscopic expansion mechanism and macroscopic expansion characteristics of expansive rock are analyzed synthetically, and the subjective and objective factors of swelling are determined, and the results of swelling rock test are summarized. A comprehensive classification standard for expansive rock is proposed. In view of the dilatancy and shrinkage properties of expansive rock, the theoretical relationship between humidity stress field and temperature stress field is deduced. Taking Xiushan tunnel of Yu-Meng railway as the engineering background, the different expansion levels are analyzed by ANSYS software. The degree of influence of expansion force on support structure under expansion range. The results show that the maximum grouting reinforcement range is 2 m under weak expansion condition and 6 m under medium expansion condition, and the original section is no longer applicable under strong expansion condition. The higher the expansion level, the greater the deformation of supporting structure, the displacement of tunnel arch is gradually changed from subsidence to rise with the release of expansion force, the bottom drum is produced in inverted arch, and the side wall converges to increase with the increase of expansion coefficient in a certain reinforcement range. With the increase of reinforcement range, the early deformation is very fast, but the latter is smaller, the support structure has the tendency to be flattened.
