新型矩形盾構(gòu)接頭力學(xué)性態(tài)的有限元分析

【摘要】:為分析評(píng)價(jià)帶有接頭盒的大斷面矩形盾構(gòu)管片接頭構(gòu)造和受力的合理性,基于管片縱縫接頭足尺力學(xué)試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立該類盾構(gòu)管片縱縫接頭的三維精細(xì)化計(jì)算模型。通過一些分析指標(biāo),定性定量地評(píng)價(jià)在正常使用條件下各個(gè)接頭的工作性態(tài),研究正負(fù)彎矩工況下接頭受力全過程的特征。結(jié)果表明:1)正彎矩工況下的接頭,彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角全過程破壞曲線呈現(xiàn)三折線模式,在正常使用條件下各接頭均處于第2階段,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度約為100 MN·m/rad,部件均處于彈性工況,接頭設(shè)計(jì)與位置選擇合理;2)負(fù)彎矩工況下的接頭,彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角全過程破壞曲線呈現(xiàn)雙折線模式,正常使用工況下各接頭均處于第1階段,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度約為276 MN·m/rad,但接頭受力處于2階段的臨界位置,所受負(fù)彎矩值偏大,安全儲(chǔ)備較低,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)注意。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze and evaluate the structure and force rationality of large section rectangular shield segment joint with joint box, based on the results of full-scale mechanical test of segment longitudinal joint, Abaqus finite element software is used to establish the three dimensional fine calculation model of longitudinal joint of shield segment. The working behavior of joints under normal working conditions is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively through some analysis indexes, and the characteristics of the whole process of joint stress under positive and negative moment conditions are studied. The results show that in the case of positive bending moment, the failure curve of the whole process of bending moment and rotation angle is in the three broken line mode. Under the normal service conditions, the joints are in the second stage, the rotational stiffness is about 100 MN / M / rad, and the components are in the elastic condition. The joint design and position selection are reasonable (2) under the negative moment condition, the failure curve of the whole process of bending moment and angle presents the double broken line mode, and each joint is in the first stage under the normal working condition. The rotational stiffness is about 276MN m / r rad. but the joint is in the critical position of two stages, the negative moment is larger and the safety reserve is lower, so we should pay attention to the design.
