【摘要】：寧波余慈高速公路為現(xiàn)今寧波市高速公路骨架路網(wǎng)里面的“三連”里面的“一連”。項目的建設(shè)路段總長度為6.202公里,根據(jù)高速公路的標準進行建設(shè),項目設(shè)計的車輛行使速度為100km/h,雙向四車道,全線高架總寬度為25.5m。論文首先闡述了普通現(xiàn)澆連續(xù)箱梁的施工策略,并站于設(shè)計的層面具體探討了箱梁工程的特點。重點闡述了橋梁的大致情況、主要工程數(shù)量、本施工設(shè)計使用到的技術(shù)標準、技術(shù)條件、材料、項目設(shè)計以及施工的一些重點。以為項目的設(shè)計與施工方案的規(guī)劃奠定基礎(chǔ)。論文在設(shè)計分析上,詳細介紹了本項目的具體施工組織設(shè)計情況,在項目施工組織方面具體概述了施工團隊的布署、施工任務的具體規(guī)劃、相關(guān)設(shè)備的配備、項目的施工進度布置等內(nèi)容。在項目的技術(shù)策略上,論文先行闡述了工藝流程,之后具體闡述了地基的處理、搭設(shè)支架、支架預壓、支立模板、鋼筋工程、混凝土工程、梁體預應力體系施工、支架拆除等工藝。同是,綜合概括了本項目在施工的時候使用到的質(zhì)量保障策略與安全保證措施,同時更是論文研究的主要內(nèi)容。論文經(jīng)過對全項目的設(shè)計,施工與實施的具體內(nèi)容與存在的問題,解決方法等進行了歸納與總結(jié),并具體將項目施工進程中出現(xiàn)的各種問題進行闡述,總結(jié)了問題的原因與使用到的解決策略。希望可以為類似的項目施工控制作為參考之用。
[Abstract]:Ningbo Yuci Expressway is the "three links" in the present Ningbo Expressway skeleton network. The total length of the construction section of the project is 6.202 kilometers. According to the standard of the expressway, the speed of the designed vehicle is 100 km / h, the two-way four-lane and the total width of the whole line elevated is 25.5m. Firstly, the construction strategy of common cast-in-place continuous box girder is expounded, and the characteristics of box girder engineering are discussed in detail from the aspect of design. The general situation of the bridge, the quantity of the main projects, the technical standards, technical conditions, materials, project design and some key points of the construction are described. In the aspect of design and analysis, the paper introduces the concrete construction organization design of this project in detail. In the aspect of project construction organization, it concretely outlines the deployment of the construction team, the concrete plan of the construction task, the equipment of the relevant equipment. Construction schedule layout of the project, etc. In terms of the technical strategy of the project, the paper first describes the technological process, and then expounds the treatment of the foundation, the erection support, the preloading of the support, the supporting formwork, the reinforcement engineering, the concrete engineering, and the construction of the prestressed system of the beam body. At the same time, it synthetically summarizes the quality assurance strategy and safety assurance measures used in the construction of this project, and it is also the main content of this paper.
