PAC路面結(jié)構(gòu)及其混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為設(shè)計(jì)出既滿足透水性能要求又滿足相應(yīng)承載力要求的路面,分別從路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合形式和瀝青混合料配合比兩方面進(jìn)行分析與探討。從PAC路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式方面,闡述排水型路面性能特點(diǎn);從原材料選擇要求上,說(shuō)明PAC混合料對(duì)集料、瀝青、礦粉的技術(shù)要求。在最佳瀝青用量和空隙率已確定的條件下進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:排水型路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合形式適用于中型交通量道路;PAC-13混合料無(wú)論在透水性能還是在力學(xué)強(qiáng)度方面,均滿足相應(yīng)要求。
[Abstract]:In order to design a pavement which can meet both the requirement of permeability and the requirement of bearing capacity, this paper analyzes and discusses the pavement structure combination form and asphalt mixture ratio. From the aspect of the structure form of PAC pavement, this paper expounds the performance characteristics of drainage pavement, and explains the technical requirements of PAC mixture to aggregate, asphalt and mineral powder from the requirements of raw material selection. Under the condition that the optimum asphalt content and void ratio have been determined, the results show that the structure combination of drainage pavement is suitable for medium traffic volume road / PAC-13 mixture both in water permeability and mechanical strength. All meet the corresponding requirements.
