西銅高速公路病害分析及路面性能評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國公路建設(shè),特別是高速公路建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,我國的高速公路通車?yán)锍桃苍谥鹉昱噬?同時也造成公路養(yǎng)護(hù)維修任務(wù)不斷加重,養(yǎng)護(hù)方面研究的需求越來越迫切,如何進(jìn)行科學(xué)養(yǎng)護(hù),能否做到安全、高效、高質(zhì)量地進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè),且有效地降低成本完成養(yǎng)護(hù)任務(wù)更是至關(guān)重要。本文基于西銅高速公路的整治維修工程,對西銅高速公路K-2+150~K82+146路段上下行車道和超車道路面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、檢測分析,歸納得出路面裂縫、車轍等各病害規(guī)律及成因。介紹了我國高速公路瀝青路面使用性能狀況指標(biāo)及其判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),基于我國瀝青路面綜合性能評價模型,并提出模糊數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行評價。依據(jù)路面病害調(diào)查結(jié)果以及路面狀況評價數(shù)據(jù),制定了西銅高速公路的整治措施。根據(jù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對路面產(chǎn)生病害分布規(guī)律與路面性能評價進(jìn)行了分析,研究成果如下:1)歸納總結(jié)了西銅高速公路各種病害的分布特點和規(guī)律。其中病害主要為橫向裂縫、縱向裂縫、網(wǎng)裂、坑槽、車轍。縱縫、橫縫的分布波動性較大且很不均勻,橫縫數(shù)量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于縱縫數(shù)量。同時全線均呈現(xiàn)出不同程度的車轍,上下行車道車轍較超車道引起的車轍病害要小。2)從裂縫類、松散類、變形類三方面對西銅高速公路病害成因進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明:本路段橫向裂縫主要是由于基層反射裂縫作用下導(dǎo)致的,縱向裂縫的產(chǎn)生主要是由于路面剪切破壞引起的失穩(wěn)性車轍。而車轍產(chǎn)生主要是由于過重的形成荷載造成。3)分析現(xiàn)有路用性能綜合評價體系各個分項評價指標(biāo)、評價公式,從功能性能方面,進(jìn)一步細(xì)化評價指標(biāo)。提出了應(yīng)用模糊函數(shù)對瀝青路面性能進(jìn)行綜合評價,并以K31+000~K41+000路段為實例進(jìn)行模糊評價,評價結(jié)果與現(xiàn)有評價方法相符和。該評價方法能夠應(yīng)用于高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)決策中路面使用性能的綜合評價中。4)對西銅高速公路進(jìn)行整治設(shè)計,提出整治方案與道路病害處理方法。其中以SBR改性乳化瀝青和密封膠對路面進(jìn)行橫向裂縫和縱向裂縫修補(bǔ);對于嚴(yán)重裂縫、坑槽等病害,采用銑刨16cm路面結(jié)構(gòu)后,鋪10cmATB—25下面層,在鋪筑6cm AC-20C瀝青中面層和4cmAC-13C的方法進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)處理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, especially the highway construction, the mileage of freeway traffic is rising year by year. At the same time, the task of highway maintenance and maintenance is becoming more and more serious, and the need for maintenance research is becoming more and more urgent. How to carry out scientific maintenance, whether it can be safe, efficient, high quality maintenance operation, and effectively reduce the cost to complete the maintenance task is even more important. Based on the renovation and maintenance project of Xi-Cu Expressway, this paper investigates the upper and lower carriageways and overtaking roads of Xi-Cu Expressway K-2 150 and K82 146 on the spot, detects and analyses, and concludes the rules and causes of various diseases such as pavement cracks, ruts and so on. This paper introduces the performance index and judgment standard of expressway asphalt pavement in China, based on the comprehensive performance evaluation model of asphalt pavement in China, and puts forward a fuzzy mathematical model for evaluation. According to the survey results of pavement diseases and the evaluation data of pavement condition, the improvement measures of Xi-Tong Expressway were established. Based on the investigation data, the distribution law of pavement diseases and the evaluation of pavement performance are analyzed. The research results are as follows: 1) the distribution characteristics and laws of various diseases in Xi-Cu Expressway are summarized and summarized. The main diseases are transverse cracks, longitudinal cracks, net cracks, pits, ruts. The distribution of longitudinal and transverse joints is large and uneven, and the number of transverse joints is much larger than the number of longitudinal joints. At the same time, all the tracks show different degrees of rutting, and the rutting disease caused by the upper and lower lane ruts is smaller than that caused by overtaking roads (.2). The causes of the diseases of Xi-Cu Expressway are analyzed from three aspects: crack type, loose type and deformation type. The results show that the transverse cracks in this section are mainly caused by the reflection cracks of the base course, and the longitudinal cracks are mainly caused by the unstable ruts caused by the shear failure of the pavement. The rutting is mainly caused by heavy load. 3) the evaluation index and formula of the existing comprehensive evaluation system of road performance are analyzed, and the evaluation index is further refined from the aspect of functional performance. The fuzzy function is used to evaluate the performance of asphalt pavement. Taking K31000 / K41,000 as an example, the evaluation results are consistent with the existing evaluation methods. The evaluation method can be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of pavement performance in expressway maintenance decision. The pavement was repaired with SBR modified emulsified asphalt and sealant for transverse and longitudinal cracks, and for serious cracks, potholes and other diseases, after milling and planing 16cm pavement structure, 10 cm ATB-25 lower layer was laid. The method of repairing 6cm AC-20C asphalt middle surface and 4 cmAC-13C was carried out.
