TBM導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)中傾角儀測量誤差補(bǔ)償

【摘要】:激光標(biāo)靶導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)用于對TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)進(jìn)行位姿測量和自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向。在該系統(tǒng)中,傾角儀起著測量TBM滾角和俯仰角的重要作用。在硬巖掘進(jìn)過程中,TBM的振動(dòng)會(huì)給傾角儀測量引入很大的隨機(jī)誤差,使其精度不能滿足系統(tǒng)要求;趯A角儀測量誤差補(bǔ)償和非平穩(wěn)性隨機(jī)信號處理方法的研究,本文提出了一種基于小波閾值濾波的方法,對傾角儀測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行誤差補(bǔ)償。本文在小波分析理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種結(jié)合信號拓展和Mallat算法中近似系數(shù)正交多項(xiàng)式邊界延拓的小波閾值濾波方法,對傾角儀測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行誤差補(bǔ)償。首先分析了小波閾值濾波邊界效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的根本原因,據(jù)此提出利用信號延拓和近似系數(shù)延拓兩種方法減小邊界效應(yīng)。通過MATLAB平臺(tái)仿真,確定了信號正交多項(xiàng)式延拓和近似系數(shù)正交多項(xiàng)式延拓的具體參數(shù),以及實(shí)時(shí)濾波窗口的長度。然后,結(jié)合不同的信號拓展方法和近似系數(shù)拓展方法,對多種模擬信號進(jìn)行濾波仿真。通過仿真結(jié)果對比,確定了與信號特征相對應(yīng)的濾波參數(shù),得到了最終的綜合濾波方法。最后,在模擬TBM振動(dòng)條件下,完成了傾角儀測量實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果表明,本文提出的濾波方法比現(xiàn)場使用的均值濾波方法和傳統(tǒng)小波濾波方法更有效,而且它能夠保證誤差補(bǔ)償精度小于1mrad。
[Abstract]:The laser target guidance system is used to measure the position and orientation of TBM (Tunnel boring Machine). In this system, the tiltmeter plays an important role in measuring the roll angle and pitch angle of TBM. The vibration of TBM in the process of hard rock excavation will introduce a large random error to the dipmeter measurement, which makes the accuracy of TBM not meet the requirements of the system. Based on the research of measurement error compensation and non-stationary random signal processing method, a wavelet threshold filtering method is proposed to compensate the measurement results of the obliquity meter. Based on the theory of wavelet analysis, this paper presents a wavelet threshold filtering method based on signal expansion and boundary extension of approximate coefficients orthogonal polynomial in Mallat algorithm, which compensates the error of the measured results of the obliquity meter. Firstly, the fundamental cause of the boundary effect of wavelet threshold filtering is analyzed. Based on this, two methods, signal continuation and approximate coefficient continuation, are proposed to reduce the boundary effect. The parameters of signal orthogonal polynomial extension and approximate coefficient orthogonal polynomial continuation and the length of real-time filtering window are determined by MATLAB simulation. Then, different signal expansion methods and approximate coefficient expansion methods are used to filter various analog signals. By comparing the simulation results, the filtering parameters corresponding to the signal characteristics are determined, and the final integrated filtering method is obtained. Finally, under the condition of simulating the vibration of TBM, the measurement experiment of dipmeter is completed. Experimental data processing results show that the proposed filtering method is more effective than the mean filtering method and the traditional wavelet filtering method, and the error compensation accuracy is less than 1mrad.
