建成環(huán)境對(duì)深圳市學(xué)生出行行為影響研究

【摘要】:學(xué)生通學(xué)兼具城市通勤和學(xué)生出行特征,越來(lái)越多的證據(jù)表明學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇受到建成環(huán)境因素的影響,但是國(guó)內(nèi)目前對(duì)這方面的研究十分有限。因此本文在分析學(xué)生出行行為特征的基礎(chǔ)上,探尋家庭和學(xué)校建成環(huán)境在學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇中扮演的角色,深入剖析學(xué)生出行行為機(jī)理。本文依據(jù)2010年深圳市居民調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),統(tǒng)計(jì)分析學(xué)生出行率、出行目的、出發(fā)時(shí)刻、出行距離、出行時(shí)長(zhǎng)、出行方式等出行特征,把握學(xué)生出行規(guī)律。在現(xiàn)有個(gè)人因素、家庭因素、出行特征因素對(duì)通學(xué)方式選擇影響研究的基礎(chǔ)上,納入建成環(huán)境的影響,構(gòu)建學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇四維影響因素體系,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)、深圳市現(xiàn)狀和學(xué)生人群特征,最終確定各影響因素的具體指標(biāo),用Arc GIS分析模塊計(jì)算各交通小區(qū)建成環(huán)境指標(biāo)值。研究表明家庭建成環(huán)境影響學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇,因此本文在常規(guī)影響因素對(duì)學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇影響建模的基礎(chǔ)上,引入家庭建成環(huán)境因素,建立四維影響因素下的通學(xué)方式選擇混合logit模型和多項(xiàng)logit模型,通過(guò)模型對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn)混合logit模型更適用于中小學(xué)生通學(xué)方式的選擇,且家庭建成環(huán)境顯著影響學(xué)生通學(xué)方式的選擇。目前研究同樣認(rèn)為學(xué)校建成環(huán)境影響學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇,故本文綜合家庭和學(xué)校建成環(huán)境,建立學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇多項(xiàng)logit模型。人前后選擇行為之間往往存在一定聯(lián)系,目前尚未有學(xué)者考慮學(xué)生前后通學(xué)方式選擇之間的聯(lián)系,本文進(jìn)一步建立動(dòng)態(tài)多項(xiàng)logit模型驗(yàn)證學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇的狀態(tài)依賴(lài)行為。通過(guò)模型對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了學(xué)校建成環(huán)境因素對(duì)學(xué)生通學(xué)方式選擇的影響以及通學(xué)方式選擇之間的狀態(tài)依賴(lài)。根據(jù)模型結(jié)論分析,提出了改善深圳市學(xué)生通學(xué)環(huán)境的措施。
[Abstract]:Students' general learning has the characteristics of both urban commuting and student travel. More and more evidence shows that the choice of students' general learning mode is influenced by the environmental factors of completion, but the research on this aspect is very limited in China. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of students' travel behavior, this paper explores the role of family and school built environment in the choice of students' general learning mode, and deeply analyzes the mechanism of students' travel behavior. Based on the survey data of Shenzhen residents in 2010, this paper analyzes the travel characteristics of students, such as travel rate, travel purpose, departure time, travel distance, travel time, travel mode and so on. On the basis of the existing research on the influence of personal factors, family factors and travel characteristics on the choice of general learning mode, the influence of the built environment is included, and the four-dimensional influence factor system of students' general learning mode selection is constructed, combining with the existing literature. The present situation of Shenzhen City and the characteristics of the students were determined, and the specific indexes of the influencing factors were determined. The Arc GIS analysis module was used to calculate the built environmental index value of each traffic district. The research shows that the family built environment influences the students' general learning mode choice, so this paper introduces the family built environment factor on the basis of the modeling of the influence of the conventional influence factors on the students' general learning mode choice. The mixed logit model and the multi-item logit model are established under the four dimensional influence factors. The results show that the mixed logit model is more suitable for the choice of the general learning mode of primary and secondary school students. And the environment of family building has a significant impact on the choice of students' general learning style. At present, it is also believed that the environment of school building affects the choice of students' general learning mode, so this paper combines the family and school built environment, and sets up several logit models of students' general learning mode choice. There is often a certain relationship between the behavior of people before and after choice, but no scholars have considered the relationship between the choice of students' way of learning before and after. This paper further establishes a dynamic multi-item logit model to verify the state-dependent behavior of students' choice of general learning. Through the model comparison, the influence of the school built environment on the students' general learning mode choice and the state dependence between the general learning mode selection are verified. According to the analysis of the model conclusion, the measures to improve the students' general learning environment in Shenzhen are put forward.
