同江峪斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控分析與研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)橋梁事業(yè)發(fā)展速度與水平均為世界第一。為了確保橋梁施工安全,在大跨橋梁施工過(guò)程中對(duì)橋梁進(jìn)行施工監(jiān)控是一項(xiàng)不可缺少的工作。在斜拉橋的施工監(jiān)控中索力調(diào)整是計(jì)算中的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。本文以同江峪斜拉橋工程為背景,對(duì)其進(jìn)行施工監(jiān)控。采用MIDAS/CIVIL有限元分析軟件對(duì)該橋梁進(jìn)行施工監(jiān)控仿真計(jì)算,模擬過(guò)程采用正裝和倒裝結(jié)合法,對(duì)施工階段的參數(shù)和狀態(tài)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,使模擬結(jié)果更加精確和具有保證。施工監(jiān)控內(nèi)容主要包括:變形監(jiān)測(cè)、應(yīng)力檢測(cè)、索力監(jiān)測(cè)和溫度監(jiān)測(cè)四個(gè)部分,在監(jiān)測(cè)過(guò)程中除了控制實(shí)測(cè)值在允許值之內(nèi)以外,還對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了誤差分析,總結(jié)計(jì)算索力邊界條件的試用范圍,以及對(duì)大體積混凝土溫度控制進(jìn)行分析。大跨橋梁施工監(jiān)控市場(chǎng)前景巨大,施工監(jiān)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用廣泛,本文研究目的是為斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控的計(jì)算方法、監(jiān)控參數(shù)、影響因素、結(jié)構(gòu)安全控制提供思路,為今后大跨橋梁的施工監(jiān)控工作提供可借鑒資料。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's bridge development speed and level are the first in the world. In order to ensure the safety of bridge construction, it is an indispensable work to monitor the construction of long span bridge. In the construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridge, the adjustment of cable force is the key content in calculation. Based on Tongjiangyu cable-stayed bridge project, the construction monitoring is carried out in this paper. Midas / CIVIL finite element analysis software is used to simulate and calculate the bridge construction monitoring and control. In the simulation process, the parameters and state of the construction stage are adjusted by the combination of fitting and inversion, so that the simulation results are more accurate and guaranteed. Construction monitoring includes four parts: deformation monitoring, stress detection, cable force monitoring and temperature monitoring. In the monitoring process, in addition to controlling the measured values within the allowable value, the error analysis of the measured data is also carried out. The trial range of cable force boundary condition is summarized and the temperature control of mass concrete is analyzed. The construction monitoring market of long-span bridges has a great prospect, and the construction monitoring technology is widely used. The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas for the calculation method, monitoring parameters, influencing factors and structural safety control of cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring. It can be used for reference for the construction monitoring work of long span bridge in the future.
