橡膠瀝青性能影響因素及粘彈性性能分析

【摘要】:將廢舊輪胎膠粉通過融溶攪拌的方式添加到熱瀝青中制備得到橡膠瀝青,一方面可以緩解廢舊輪胎堆積對(duì)環(huán)境造成的污染,另一方面可以改善瀝青性能。橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層可以有效的防止半剛性基層反射裂縫;熱拌橡膠瀝青混合料路面具有良好的路用性能,將橡膠瀝青用于斷級(jí)配或者開級(jí)配瀝青混合料路面時(shí)可以起到降低路面噪音的效果,同時(shí)橡膠粉改性瀝青混合料路面有一定程度上的除冰雪效果。為分析橡膠瀝青性能隨儲(chǔ)存時(shí)間的變化,對(duì)橡膠瀝青180℃粘度、軟化點(diǎn)和25℃彈性恢復(fù)三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的時(shí)—溫關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明橡膠瀝青性能與儲(chǔ)存條件有很好的相關(guān)性。分析橡膠粉摻量對(duì)橡膠瀝青車轍因子、勁度模量和應(yīng)變變形速率的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)在相同測(cè)試條件下,老化前、老化后橡膠瀝青車轍因子均隨著橡膠粉摻量的增加而增大,但膠粉摻量較大時(shí)橡膠瀝青出現(xiàn)老化后車轍因子小于老化前車轍因子的現(xiàn)象;勁度模量隨著橡膠粉摻量的增加而減小,應(yīng)變變形速率則隨摻量增加而上升。
[Abstract]:Rubber asphalt can be prepared by adding waste tire rubber powder into hot asphalt by melting and stirring. On the one hand, the pollution caused by waste tire accumulation on the environment can be alleviated, on the other hand, asphalt performance can be improved. The rubber asphalt stress absorption layer can effectively prevent the reflection crack of semi-rigid base, and the hot mix rubber asphalt mixture pavement has good road performance. When rubber asphalt is used in graded or open graded asphalt mixture pavement, it can reduce road noise, and rubber powder modified asphalt mixture pavement has a certain degree of snow and ice removal effect.
