【摘要】:隨著城市現(xiàn)化代水平的提高,排水管道及檢查井日益增多。檢查井的存在一定程度不僅影響了道路的整體性、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性、外觀美感,而且對于道路的壽命也產(chǎn)生直接影響。各種檢查井病害給行人及機(jī)動車出行帶來不便,輕則引起道路的損壞,重則檢查井大幅度沉陷,導(dǎo)致交通事故的發(fā)生。隨著市民生活水平及環(huán)保、安全、法律意識的增強(qiáng),其對道路服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求也日益提高,導(dǎo)致這一問題更加突出。目前城市道路檢查井病害問題已經(jīng)引起各級職能部門的高度重視。因此,研究檢查井病害的防治技術(shù)是很有必要的。本文在調(diào)研天津市城市檢查井井周路面變形、下沉,碎裂等病害問題后,提出城市道路檢查井井周路面病害防治和改善措施,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、調(diào)查研究國內(nèi)、外現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合天津市檢查井主要病害調(diào)查,對檢查井井周路面病害機(jī)理和成因進(jìn)行分析。2、依據(jù)天津市快速路、主干路和次干路的主要路面典型結(jié)構(gòu),利用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立三種道路檢查井結(jié)構(gòu)模型,同時,分析車輛荷載作用下檢查井井周路面不同層厚的壓應(yīng)力、剪應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律。3、研究檢查井井周病害防治措施;诹W(xué)分析,提出提高井圈水泥混凝土強(qiáng)度性能、設(shè)置鋼筋骨架混凝土井圈等防治措施,并對不同路面結(jié)構(gòu)檢查井鋼筋骨架井圈的選定進(jìn)行了分析。4、研究一種具有高流動度、微膨脹率、無泌水、強(qiáng)度高、穩(wěn)定性良好的檢查井井周路面破損水泥修補(bǔ)材料,試驗分析最優(yōu)配比,對不同配比進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度試驗驗證,確定修補(bǔ)材料施工方法。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of urban present level, drainage pipes and inspection wells are increasing day by day. To a certain extent, the existence of inspection wells not only affects the integrity of the road, structural stability, aesthetic appearance, but also has a direct impact on the road life. All kinds of inspection well diseases cause inconvenience to pedestrians and motor vehicles, light damage to roads, and large scale subsidence of inspection wells, leading to traffic accidents. With the enhancement of citizen's living standard, environmental protection, safety and legal consciousness, the requirement of road service quality is also improving day by day, which leads to this problem becoming more prominent. At present, the problem of urban road inspection well disease has been paid great attention to by the functional departments at all levels. Therefore, it is necessary to study the prevention and cure technology of well disease. In this paper, after investigating and investigating the problems of road surface deformation, subsidence and fragmentation around the well in Tianjin City, the prevention and improvement measures are put forward. The main research contents are as follows: 1, investigating and studying the present situation in China and abroad. Combined with the investigation of main diseases of inspection wells in Tianjin, the mechanism and cause of pavement diseases around inspection wells are analyzed. 2. According to the typical structure of main pavement of Tianjin expressway, main trunk road and secondary trunk road, By using Abaqus finite element software, three kinds of road inspection well structure models are established. At the same time, under the action of vehicle load, the compressive stress and shear stress of different thickness of pavement around the well are analyzed, and the prevention and cure measures of the disease around the well are studied. Based on the analysis of mechanics, this paper puts forward some preventive measures such as improving the strength performance of cement concrete and setting up reinforced skeleton concrete hoop, and analyzes the selection of reinforced frame circle in different pavement structure inspection wells, and studies a kind of high flow degree. Micro-expansion ratio, no bleeding, high strength and good stability are used to check the damaged cement repair material around the well, and the optimum ratio is analyzed, and the strength test is carried out to confirm the construction method of the repair material.
