大干溪Ⅰ號(hào)隧道軟弱圍巖大變形機(jī)理及其處治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國(guó)西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的不斷深入,山嶺隧道越來越多的出現(xiàn)在高速公路的修建中,而其中軟巖隧道大變形的問題也屢見不鮮。雖然軟弱圍巖隧道大變形的問題由來已久,但仍然事故頻發(fā),主要原因還是軟弱圍巖的地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,工程參建單位對(duì)軟弱圍巖大變形問題認(rèn)識(shí)不足,缺乏相關(guān)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和具體的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。對(duì)于隧道工程的質(zhì)量、工期、建設(shè)成本和運(yùn)營(yíng)安全來說,研究隧道軟弱圍巖大變形及相應(yīng)的處治技術(shù)具有非常重要的工程價(jià)值。本文結(jié)合龍永高速大干溪Ⅰ號(hào)隧道工程,借助數(shù)值模擬軟件和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),研究在地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜情況下,隧道軟弱破碎圍巖的水平收斂、洞內(nèi)沉降及其處治技術(shù),文章的主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)參考國(guó)內(nèi)外的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和資料,分析了軟弱圍巖隧道大變形的破壞類型、形成機(jī)理及影響因素;(2)結(jié)合相關(guān)資料,對(duì)大干溪Ⅰ號(hào)隧道左線ZK66+790~ZK66+815變形較大區(qū)段,選取典型斷面進(jìn)行了施工開挖的數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)比分析了實(shí)際采用的臺(tái)階法和設(shè)計(jì)書中的預(yù)留核心土法施工對(duì)淺埋偏壓的軟弱圍巖隧道有何異同;(3)描述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)控量測(cè)技術(shù)的實(shí)施,并對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,再基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和模擬結(jié)果的對(duì)比,對(duì)淺埋偏壓的軟巖隧道大變形的機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析探討;(4)總結(jié)了造成隧道軟弱圍巖發(fā)生大變形的一些主要原因,針對(duì)大干溪Ⅰ號(hào)隧道軟弱圍巖大變形區(qū)段的處治方案進(jìn)行了探討,給出了此類軟弱圍巖條件下隧道施工對(duì)策及注意事項(xiàng),并對(duì)開挖及支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化分析。本文的探討研究的應(yīng)用為大干溪Ⅰ號(hào)隧道及類似的地下工程的建設(shè)提供了理論上的一些依據(jù),同時(shí)也可為后續(xù)的類似工程地質(zhì)條件下隧道工程提供設(shè)計(jì)和施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有較好的工程參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the implementation of the strategy of western development in China, more and more mountain tunnels appear in the construction of highway, and the problem of large deformation of soft rock tunnels is common. Although the problem of large deformation of soft surrounding rock tunnel has existed for a long time, accidents still occur frequently, the main reason is that the geological conditions of soft surrounding rock are complex, and the engineering participating units do not know enough about the problem of large deformation of weak surrounding rock. Lack of relevant technical guidance and specific response measures. For the quality, construction period, construction cost and operation safety of tunnel engineering, it is very important to study the large deformation of tunnel soft surrounding rock and the corresponding treatment technology. In this paper, with the aid of numerical simulation software and field monitoring data, the horizontal convergence, settlement and treatment technology of weak and broken surrounding rock of the tunnel under complex geological conditions are studied, in combination with the Longyong Expressway Daganxi I Tunnel Project, with the help of numerical simulation software and field monitoring data. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) referring to relevant literature and data at home and abroad, the failure types, formation mechanism and influencing factors of large deformation of soft surrounding rock tunnel are analyzed. For the section of ZK66790 ZK66815 with large deformation on the left line of Daganxi I Tunnel, the typical section is selected to carry out numerical simulation of construction and excavation. This paper compares and analyzes the differences and similarities between the actual application of the bench method and the reserved core earth method in the design document for the soft surrounding rock tunnel with shallow burying bias pressure, and describes the implementation of the on-site monitoring and measurement technology, and analyzes and deals with the monitoring data. Based on the comparison of field monitoring data and simulation results, the mechanism of large deformation of soft rock tunnel with shallow bias pressure is analyzed and discussed. This paper probes into the treatment scheme of large deformation section of weak surrounding rock in Daganxi I tunnel, puts forward the construction countermeasures and matters needing attention under this kind of soft surrounding rock condition, and optimizes the excavation and support scheme. The application of this paper provides some theoretical basis for the construction of Daganxi I Tunnel and similar underground projects, and also provides the design and construction experience for the tunnel engineering under similar engineering geological conditions. It has good engineering reference value.
