水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層耐久抗裂的振動攪拌技術的研究與應用

【摘要】:在公路、機場等建設中,水泥穩(wěn)定碎石的質量直接影響著道路基礎層的施工質量與壽命。我國穩(wěn)定土基層耐久性差和裂縫問題已經存在了多年,其中一個主要原因是攪拌的穩(wěn)定土不均勻。針對行業(yè)存在的這一問題,論文提出采用振動攪拌水泥穩(wěn)定碎石,來激發(fā)水泥穩(wěn)定碎石混合料本身的潛能,提高路面基層的耐久性與抗裂性能。論文采用理論分析與試驗研究相結合的研究方法,對振動攪拌水泥穩(wěn)定碎石技術進行了理論分析、實驗室試驗研究與工程應用的測試分析與研究,證明了采用振動攪拌水泥穩(wěn)定碎石技術的可行性。論文將攪拌工作裝置的物理模型與擴散方程的數(shù)學模型相結合,對連續(xù)式攪拌機械的工作機構與介質間的相互作用過程進行綜合模擬與研究,得到了攪拌過程混合料均勻性變化的數(shù)學表達式,揭示了攪拌過程中混合物均勻性與攪拌時間、攪拌參數(shù)與攪拌速度系數(shù)之間變化規(guī)律,為采用振動攪拌技術來強化擴散運動,以及振動與強制攪拌相結合的振動攪拌方案提供了理論依據(jù)。實驗室設計的雙重振動機構,在槽體振動強度不大的情況下,攪拌葉片處于共振狀態(tài),較好地解決了機器工作耐久性與工作機械所需振動參數(shù)間的矛盾,能夠拌出符合國家標準的穩(wěn)定土和水泥混凝土,但攪拌過程中對流運動不夠強烈,合理的辦法是采用強制攪拌與振動攪拌相結合的雙臥軸連續(xù)式振動攪拌方案。現(xiàn)場使用與測試表明,振動攪拌水泥穩(wěn)定碎石能把混合料中的水和水泥團、灰團振碎,使其均勻分布在混合料中,包裹了骨料,攪拌的穩(wěn)定土質量穩(wěn)定,耐久性提高;節(jié)約水泥,為用戶創(chuàng)造了額外的效益;運輸、攤鋪過程中混合料不離析,施工性能好,混合料取芯容易,密實性好;路面基層裂縫大幅度減少。研究證明,振動攪拌技術通過振動強化加工過程,減少水泥用量,改善水泥穩(wěn)定碎石的微觀均勻性與結構,發(fā)揮材料本身潛能,不僅能提高水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層的強度與耐久性,而且在運輸攤鋪過程中不離析,大幅度減少了后期的裂縫現(xiàn)象;同時,振動攪拌技術的使用成本低,使用方便,便于施工,節(jié)約水泥,對材料沒有負作用,符合低碳經濟的要求,是提高路面基層耐久抗裂性能與壽命的一種新方法和新技術。
[Abstract]:In the construction of highway and airport, the quality of cement stabilized macadam directly affects the construction quality and service life of road foundation layer. The problem of durability and crack of stabilized soil base in China has existed for many years, and one of the main reasons is the uneven mixing of stabilized soil. Aiming at this problem, the paper proposes to use vibration agitation cement stabilized macadam to stimulate the potential of cement stabilized macadam mixture and to improve the durability and crack resistance of pavement base. In this paper, the theoretical analysis, laboratory test and engineering application of vibration-agitated cement-stabilized crushed stone technology are studied by combining theoretical analysis with experimental research. The feasibility of using vibratory mixing cement stabilized macadam technology is proved. In this paper, the physical model of agitator and the mathematical model of diffusion equation are combined to simulate and study the interaction process between the working mechanism and the medium of the continuous mixer. The mathematical expression of mixture uniformity in mixing process is obtained, and the variation law of mixture uniformity and mixing time, stirring parameters and stirring velocity coefficient is revealed. And the vibration mixing scheme combining vibration and forced stirring provides the theoretical basis. The dual vibration mechanism designed in the laboratory is in the resonance state under the condition that the vibration intensity of the tank body is not large, which resolves the contradiction between the working durability of the machine and the vibration parameters required by the working machinery. The stable soil and cement concrete can be mixed with the national standard, but the convection motion is not strong enough in the mixing process. The reasonable method is to adopt the continuous vibration mixing scheme of double horizontal axis combined with forced stirring and vibration stirring. The field application and test show that vibrating mixing cement stabilized macadam can shatter the water and cement mass in the mixture, make it distribute uniformly in the mixture, wrap the aggregate, the quality of the mixing stabilized soil is stable, and the durability is improved. It saves cement and creates extra benefit for users. In the process of transportation and spreading, the mixture is not segregated, the construction performance is good, the mixture is easy to take core, and the compactness is good; the cracks of the pavement base are greatly reduced. It is proved that vibration agitation technology can not only improve the strength and durability of cement stabilized macadam base, but also improve the micro uniformity and structure of cement stabilized macadam by strengthening the processing process of cement by vibration, so as to give full play to the potential of the material itself. Moreover, in the course of transportation and paving, the phenomenon of cracks in the later period is greatly reduced by no segregation in the course of transportation and spreading. At the same time, the use of vibration mixing technology is low in cost, convenient in use, convenient in construction, saving cement, and has no negative effect on the material. According to the requirement of low carbon economy, it is a new method and new technology to improve the durability and life of pavement base.
