【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市交通機(jī)動(dòng)化水平快速提升,機(jī)動(dòng)車交通在為人們帶來(lái)方便快捷的生活方式同時(shí),也造成了環(huán)境污染、交通擁堵等問(wèn)題。在此背景下,慢行交通由于其便捷、環(huán)保、健康的優(yōu)點(diǎn)開(kāi)始回歸人們的視野。目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)慢行系統(tǒng)的研究以概念及交通發(fā)展為視角的相關(guān)內(nèi)容較多,研究角度局限于中觀或微觀層面,且集中于大城市。但是對(duì)于處于空間快速拓展過(guò)程的中等城市的慢行系統(tǒng)研究還比較欠缺,對(duì)慢行系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的整體性研究很少涉及。石嘴山市大武口區(qū)近年來(lái)開(kāi)始實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,將發(fā)展旅游商貿(mào)作為重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,對(duì)于慢行環(huán)境有較高的要求。但在城市快速發(fā)展過(guò)程中,大武口區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)暴露出許多問(wèn)題,主要體現(xiàn)在慢行系統(tǒng)不連續(xù)、與城市用地功能聯(lián)系不緊密、慢行路網(wǎng)密度小、慢行道路寬度不適宜等方面。為引導(dǎo)城市交通有序發(fā)展,論文在系統(tǒng)論方法指導(dǎo)下,以問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向?qū)Υ笪淇趨^(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)特征進(jìn)行探討研究并構(gòu)建慢行系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃策略,以期為大武口區(qū)及類似城市慢行系統(tǒng)發(fā)展提供借鑒。論文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外慢行系統(tǒng)相關(guān)理論研究與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)作了回顧與總結(jié)。其次在簡(jiǎn)要分析研究案例基礎(chǔ)上,以系統(tǒng)論方法為指導(dǎo),從分級(jí)體系、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、空間總量3個(gè)方面對(duì)大武口區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題進(jìn)行梳理分析,并以此為導(dǎo)向?qū)Υ笪淇趨^(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)特征進(jìn)行深入研究。最后,論文嘗試探討構(gòu)建以現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題分析為基礎(chǔ)、特征研究為依據(jù)的大武口區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid improvement of motorized level of urban traffic in China, motor vehicle traffic has brought people a convenient and fast way of life, but also caused environmental pollution, traffic congestion and other problems. In this context, slow traffic due to its convenience, environmental protection, health advantages began to return to the perspective of people. At present, the research on slow-motion system in China has a lot of related contents from the perspective of concept and traffic development. The research angle is limited to the meso or micro level, and it is concentrated in big cities. However, the study of slow moving system in the middle city which is in the process of rapid expansion of space is still relatively lacking, and the overall study on the construction of slow moving system is seldom involved. In recent years, Dawukou District of Shizuishan City has begun to realize economic transformation. It takes the development of tourism and commerce as one of the key industries and has higher requirements for slow moving environment. However, during the rapid development of the city, many problems have been exposed in the slow moving system of Dawukou District, which are mainly reflected in the discontinuity of the slow moving system, the lack of close connection with the function of the urban land use, the low density of the slow moving road network and the unsuitable width of the slow moving road, etc. In order to guide the orderly development of urban traffic, under the guidance of system theory, the paper studies the characteristics of slow moving system in Dawukou district under the guidance of system theory and constructs the planning strategy for the development of slow moving system. In order to provide reference for the development of slow moving system in Dawukou District and similar cities. First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the relevant theoretical research and practical experience of slow moving system at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of a brief analysis of the case study, under the guidance of system theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of slow moving system in Dawukou District from three aspects: classification system, functional structure and total space amount. And based on this, the characteristics of slow moving system in Dawukou district are studied in depth. Finally, the paper tries to explore the strategy of constructing slow moving system planning strategy based on the analysis of current situation and the characteristics of Dawukou district.
