【摘要】：隨著改革開(kāi)放的深入推進(jìn),作為國(guó)家重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的橋梁,在生產(chǎn)生活中發(fā)揮著重要作用。我國(guó)在橋梁建筑領(lǐng)域的投入力度不斷加大,橋梁建設(shè)事業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。在肯定成就的同時(shí),對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題也不容忽視。面對(duì)近年來(lái)橋梁坍塌事故頻發(fā)的形勢(shì),必須從源頭抓起,對(duì)橋梁工程建設(shè)的質(zhì)量應(yīng)該給予高度的重視。質(zhì)量是工程項(xiàng)目的生命,而橋梁建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工方式復(fù)雜,施工周期長(zhǎng),涉及環(huán)節(jié)多,設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高、技術(shù)難度大,使得建造質(zhì)量成為橋梁建設(shè)過(guò)程中的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),對(duì)橋梁工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理也提出了更嚴(yán)格的要求。深入研究橋梁工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,既有利于維護(hù)人民的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,又有助于提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平,并且對(duì)于提升企業(yè)社會(huì)信譽(yù),取得更高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文基于M大橋施工項(xiàng)目,分析研究工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理。首先,介紹選題背景及研究意義,介紹了M大橋的工程概況和本文研究的主要內(nèi)容與方法。其次,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹,重點(diǎn)介紹了項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理和全面質(zhì)量管理理論,詳細(xì)介紹相關(guān)理論的特點(diǎn)和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用情況,為做好M橋梁工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理分析奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三,分析工程質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀及管理中存在的問(wèn)題,查找形成問(wèn)題的原因。最后,針對(duì)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題及成因,提出具體的解決對(duì)策:強(qiáng)化人員管理,努力提升相關(guān)人員的專業(yè)素質(zhì),適應(yīng)工程質(zhì)量管理需求;細(xì)化材料管理,從材料采購(gòu)環(huán)節(jié)入手,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行招標(biāo)采購(gòu)制度,嚴(yán)控質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn),做好采購(gòu)入場(chǎng)原材料存儲(chǔ)與保管;嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行質(zhì)量管理程序,采取動(dòng)態(tài)管理的模式,實(shí)施全程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與控制;強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目溝通管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)橋梁工程質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程的良好溝通互動(dòng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量管理意識(shí),確保各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量管理制度貫徹落實(shí)到位,開(kāi)展了強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量小組控制活動(dòng),通過(guò)開(kāi)展PDCA循環(huán),抓好關(guān)鍵工序控制等措施,保證該橋梁項(xiàng)目能遵期、保質(zhì)、高效的完成。通過(guò)本文的研究,為類似的橋梁工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the bridge of national important infrastructure plays an important role in the production and life. Our investment in the field of bridge architecture has been increasing and the bridge construction has made great progress. At the same time, the problems that appear can not be ignored. In the face of the collapse of bridges in recent years. Therefore, the frequent occurrence of the situation must be taken from the source and attach great importance to the quality of the bridge construction. The quality is the life of the project, and the construction of the bridge is complex, the construction period is long, the link involves many links, the design standards are high, the technical difficulty is great, and the quality of the construction becomes the key and difficult point in the bridge construction process. The quality management of bridge project has also been put forward more stringent requirements. The in-depth study of the quality management of bridge projects is not only conducive to the maintenance of the people's life and property safety, but also helps to improve the quality management level of the enterprise, and is of great theoretical significance to the promotion of the reputation of the enterprise and the higher economic benefits. Based on the M bridge construction project, this paper analyzes the quality management of engineering projects. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the topic, introduces the engineering general situation of the M bridge and the main contents and methods of this study. Secondly, it introduces the related theories of the quality management of the project, and focuses on the project management and the quality management of the project. The theory of rational and comprehensive quality management, detailed introduction of the characteristics and practical application of relevant theories, lay a theoretical foundation for the quality management analysis of M bridge projects. Third, analyze the existing problems in the management of engineering quality and management, find out the reasons for the problems. Countermeasures: strengthen personnel management, strive to improve the professional quality of the related personnel, adapt to the needs of engineering quality management, refine the management of materials, start with the procurement of materials, strictly implement the system of bidding and procurement, strictly control the quality inspection, do a good job in the storage and storage of raw materials for purchasing, and strictly implement the quality management procedures and adopt dynamic management models. Implement the whole project quality management and control, strengthen the project communication management, realize the good communication and interaction between the quality management process of the bridge engineering. On this basis, strengthen the quality management consciousness, ensure the implementation of the quality management system, strengthen the quality group control system, and carry out the key process control through the development of the PDCA cycle. In this paper, we can provide reference and reference for the quality management of similar bridge projects.
