個(gè)體對(duì)通勤時(shí)間的態(tài)度和偏好視角下的職住空間失調(diào)

【摘要】:研究職住空間失調(diào)能夠幫助我們更好地理解個(gè)體對(duì)職住分離的態(tài)度和偏好,并有助于在制定政策時(shí)考慮通勤者更真實(shí)的需求和期望.本次研究采用理想通勤時(shí)間和實(shí)際通勤時(shí)間的匹配程度來(lái)度量職住空間失調(diào),并以昆明市為案例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究.描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,大多數(shù)通勤者認(rèn)為他們的職住空間是失調(diào)的,有41.04%的通勤者遭受重度空間失調(diào).進(jìn)一步,基于序次Logistic回歸模型分析了職住空間失調(diào)的影響因素.結(jié)果表明,出行方式、居住區(qū)位、年齡、受教育程度和家庭有無(wú)小孩對(duì)職住空間失調(diào)有顯著影響.同時(shí),由于個(gè)體對(duì)通勤時(shí)間的態(tài)度和偏好的異質(zhì)性,更長(zhǎng)的通勤時(shí)間并不總是意味著職住空間更加失調(diào).
[Abstract]:The study of occupational space disorders can help us better understand individual attitudes and preferences towards job separation and help us to consider the more real needs and expectations of commuters when making policies. This study uses the matching degree of ideal commuting time and actual commuting time to measure the imbalance of occupation and living space, and takes Kunming as a case study. The results of descriptive statistics show that most commuters think that their occupation and living space is dissonant, and 41.04% of commuters suffer from severe spatial disorders. Furthermore, based on the order Logistic regression model, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of occupation and residence disorder. The results showed that travel style, residential location, age, education level and the existence of children in the family had significant effects on the work-living disorder. At the same time, due to the heterogeneity of individuals' attitudes and preferences towards commuting time, longer commuting time does not always mean more dysfunctional living space.
