【摘要】：近年來,隨著區(qū)域旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展及產(chǎn)業(yè)地位的逐步提升,旅游交通需求的快速增長給區(qū)域交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶來巨大壓力。區(qū)域綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高效配置是區(qū)域旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。為了提高區(qū)域旅游交通服務(wù)水平和旅游吸引力,引導(dǎo)區(qū)域綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)合理規(guī)劃和建設(shè),科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率是必要的前提。本文就區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率評(píng)價(jià)問題做了如下工作。首先,本文通過旅游交通概念進(jìn)行分析,界定了區(qū)域旅游交通概念,通過客源地與旅游目的地關(guān)系分析,闡述了區(qū)域旅游交通方式和交通組織模式,進(jìn)而對(duì)區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率內(nèi)涵分析,確立了評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象；基于交通區(qū)位理論,本文分析了區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)區(qū)劃層次,并討論了區(qū)劃后的區(qū)域外部交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、區(qū)域綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)和市域交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率的影響；在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行定義,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析說明；然后,本文針對(duì)區(qū)域旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率的評(píng)價(jià)問題,提出了‘組合賦權(quán)+模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)’的評(píng)價(jià)方法,并對(duì)具體評(píng)價(jià)步驟、流程進(jìn)行了說明；最后,本文通過云南省旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置效率評(píng)價(jià)分析,論證了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及評(píng)價(jià)方法的可行性,并就評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分析給出了建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of regional tourism and the gradual upgrading of industrial status, the rapid growth of tourism traffic demand has brought great pressure to the regional transportation network. The efficient allocation of regional integrated transportation network is the foundation of regional tourism development. In order to improve the service level and attraction of regional tourism traffic and guide the rational planning and construction of regional comprehensive transportation network, it is necessary to evaluate the efficiency of regional tourism transportation network allocation scientifically. This paper has done the following work on the evaluation of the allocation efficiency of regional tourism transportation network. First of all, through the analysis of the concept of tourism traffic, this paper defines the concept of regional tourism traffic, through the analysis of the relationship between tourist source and tourism destination, expounds the mode of regional tourism traffic and traffic organization mode. Then the connotation of regional tourism traffic network allocation efficiency is analyzed, and the evaluation object is established. Based on the traffic location theory, this paper analyzes the regional tourism traffic network regionalization level, and discusses the regional external traffic network after regionalization. The influence of regional integrated traffic network and municipal transportation network on the efficiency of regional tourism traffic network configuration, and the definition of regional tourism traffic network development goal in this paper, Then the evaluation index system of the allocation efficiency of the regional tourism transportation network is constructed, and the index is analyzed and explained. Then, the paper aims at the evaluation of the allocation efficiency of the regional tourism transportation network. The evaluation method of 'combination weighting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation' is put forward, and the concrete evaluation steps and flow are explained. Finally, the paper analyzes the efficiency of tourism traffic network allocation in Yunnan Province. The feasibility of evaluation index system and evaluation method is demonstrated, and some suggestions are given on the analysis of evaluation results.
