【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,我國對基礎(chǔ)實施建設(shè)尤其是高速公路建設(shè)的投資規(guī)模日益龐大,傳統(tǒng)的管理理念已然難以跟上高速公路發(fā)展的步伐,精細化管理理念是社會服務(wù)質(zhì)量不斷提高,社會分工不斷細化的必然要求,在我國高速公路工程項目中有著顯著的影響。本文從精細化管理理念出發(fā),對高速公路工程項目進行細致的研究。本文以案例分析法,將JC高速公路工程項目作為研究對象,深入分析JC高速公路工程項目目標中,精細化管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,有針對性地提出高速公路工程項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)、成本控制、質(zhì)量控制、進度控制和安全管理等方面的精細化管理優(yōu)化路徑,力圖為探索高速公路工程項目開創(chuàng)一條新的管理模式。
[Abstract]:With the need of social and economic development, the scale of investment in infrastructure construction, especially highway construction, is increasing in our country, and the traditional management concept has been difficult to keep up with the pace of highway development. The concept of fine management is an inevitable requirement for the continuous improvement of social service quality and the continuous refinement of social division of labor, which has a significant impact on highway engineering projects in China. Starting from the idea of fine management, this paper makes a detailed study on the expressway project. In this paper, the JC Expressway Project is taken as the research object by case analysis, and the present situation and the existing problems of the meticulous management in the JC Expressway Project objective are deeply analyzed. In order to create a new management model for expressway engineering project, the paper puts forward the optimized path of fine management in aspects of organization structure, cost control, quality control, schedule control and safety management of expressway engineering project.
