三維空間索面主纜架設(shè)施工技術(shù)

【摘要】:松原市天河大橋北汊主橋為主跨266m的雙塔三跨自錨式懸索橋,主纜為三維空間索面。貓道施工采用已架設(shè)鋼梁作為工作平臺,在其上進(jìn)行整體預(yù)制吊裝預(yù)拉貓道承重索,安裝U形橫梁,鋪設(shè)面層網(wǎng),安裝踏步方木、扶手索、側(cè)網(wǎng),并通過塔頂門架進(jìn)行吊裝施工。主纜架設(shè)采用PPWS法施工,利用牽引系統(tǒng)由南向北架設(shè)主纜。為了控制由于主索鞍平彎及豎彎引起的主纜鼓絲,索股入鞍采用由主索鞍中心向兩側(cè)出口的施工順序,并控制四邊形整形器的間距,保證鞍槽內(nèi)的主纜平順、不發(fā)生扭轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,抑制主纜鼓絲的產(chǎn)生。主纜索股架設(shè)完成后,進(jìn)行主纜的緊纜、索夾及吊索安裝施工,達(dá)到設(shè)計的成橋主纜線形。
[Abstract]:The north branch main bridge of Tianhe Bridge in Songyuan City is a self-anchored suspension bridge with two towers and three spans with a main span of 266m. The main cable is a three-dimensional cable plane. The catwalk construction uses the steel beam which has been erected as the working platform to carry on the integral prefabricated hoisting of the catwalk load bearing cable, the installation of U-shaped crossbeam, the laying of the surface layer net, the installation of the stepping square wood, the handrail cable, the side net, And through the tower roof gantry hoisting construction. The main cable is constructed by PPWS method, and the main cable is erected by the traction system from south to north. In order to control the main cable drum caused by the flat bending and vertical bending of the main cable saddle, the cable strands entering the saddle adopt the construction sequence from the center of the main cable saddle to the outlet of the two sides, and control the spacing of the quadrilateral shaper to ensure that the main cable in the saddle trough is smooth without torsion. Inhibit the production of the main cable drum wire. After the erection of the main cable strands, the main cable tight cable, cable clamp and sling installation are carried out to achieve the design of the main cable line of the bridge.
