吉林省公路瀝青路面再生定額研究及建議

【摘要】:公路舊瀝青路面再生技術(shù)可以重復(fù)使用瀝青混凝土路面廢料,利于環(huán)保、節(jié)約資源,為瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)維修提供了科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理、可行的辦法。因此,瀝青路面再生技術(shù)在全國公路改擴(kuò)建及公路養(yǎng)護(hù)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。此項(xiàng)技術(shù)在我省公路養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中也得到推廣應(yīng)用,但與此相配套的定額在全國還沒有科學(xué)系統(tǒng)地研究。為能合理確定吉林省瀝青路面再生工程項(xiàng)目造價,有效控制工程成本,我們通過親臨施工現(xiàn)場,研究施工組織方案和路面再生機(jī)械設(shè)備使用情況,收集相關(guān)材料和數(shù)據(jù),并對瀝青路面再生相關(guān)工藝進(jìn)行研究分析,對工、料、機(jī)的消耗進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場測定,編制出一套適用于吉林省瀝青路面再生工程的參考性定額,同時參考并對比其它省區(qū)的補(bǔ)充定額,力求各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)與我省自然狀況及實(shí)際施工情況接近或相符,為工程建設(shè)相關(guān)單位的成本測算和造價控制提供參考,同時為吉林省瀝青路面再生補(bǔ)充定額的出臺提供合理化建議。本文通過深入公路養(yǎng)護(hù)工程施工現(xiàn)場,進(jìn)行實(shí)地考核,收集第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),通過對各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的整理、統(tǒng)計分析、科學(xué)測算,合理確定了養(yǎng)護(hù)工程項(xiàng)目的人工、材料、機(jī)械臺班的消耗,編制了冷再生基層、瀝青路面現(xiàn)場熱再生、瀝青路面工廠熱再生三個方面的參考性定額,并針對養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中新型養(yǎng)護(hù)設(shè)備的使用情況,編制了冷再生機(jī)、熱再生拌和設(shè)備等新型養(yǎng)護(hù)設(shè)備臺班費(fèi)用的參考定額。
[Abstract]:The recycling technology of old asphalt pavement of highway can reuse the waste of asphalt concrete pavement, which is beneficial to environmental protection and saving resources, and provides a scientific, economical, reasonable and feasible method for the maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement. Therefore, asphalt pavement regeneration technology has been widely used in highway reconstruction and extension and highway maintenance. This technique has also been popularized and applied in highway maintenance engineering in our province, but the corresponding quota has not been studied scientifically and systematically in our country. In order to reasonably determine the project cost of asphalt pavement regeneration project in Jilin Province and effectively control the project cost, we studied the construction organization scheme and the use of road surface regeneration machinery and equipment, collected relevant materials and data by personally visiting the construction site. The related technology of asphalt pavement regeneration is studied and analyzed, the consumption of engineering, material and machine is measured on the spot, and a set of reference quota suitable for asphalt pavement regeneration engineering in Jilin Province is worked out. At the same time, we refer to and compare the supplementary quota of other provinces and regions, and strive to make every index close to or consistent with the natural condition and actual construction situation of our province, which provides a reference for the cost calculation and cost control of the relevant units of engineering and construction. At the same time for Jilin Province asphalt pavement regeneration supplementary quota to provide reasonable suggestions. In this paper, by going deep into the construction site of highway maintenance project, carrying out on-the-spot examination, collecting first-hand data, through the arrangement of various data, statistical analysis, scientific calculation and calculation, the paper reasonably determines the artificial and material of the maintenance project, According to the consumption of machine bench shift, the reference quota of cold regeneration base, bituminous pavement field thermal regeneration and asphalt pavement factory thermal regeneration is worked out. According to the use of new maintenance equipment in maintenance engineering, the cold recycling machine is compiled. Heat regeneration mixing equipment and other new maintenance equipment table shift costs of the reference quota.
