【摘要】：運(yùn)用位序—規(guī)模法則與核密度方法,以近30年來各港口貨物吞吐量及集裝箱吞吐量為主要指標(biāo),刻畫環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港口體系的規(guī)模分布特征,分析其作用機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:(1)總體看,環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港口體系具有一定位序—規(guī)模分布特征,但不同階段、不同規(guī)模的港口在位序分布上出現(xiàn)明顯分化,港口區(qū)域化特征愈發(fā)明顯。(2)港口貨物吞吐量位序—規(guī)模分布的無標(biāo)度區(qū)數(shù)量先增后減,最終由單分形變?yōu)殡p分形結(jié)構(gòu)。區(qū)域港口體系經(jīng)歷了高位序平衡發(fā)展、中小港口突破、大中小港口差異化發(fā)展、樞紐港競(jìng)合下的港口融合四個(gè)階段。港口集裝箱吞吐量位序—規(guī)模分布的變化軌跡呈現(xiàn)外接式分割發(fā)展、樞紐港形成及新興港口融入、支線港大型化和集裝箱網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合四個(gè)階段。兩者在發(fā)展節(jié)點(diǎn)上基本吻合;港口集中化與分散化交織進(jìn)行,貨物總吞吐量的分散化早于集裝箱運(yùn)輸,分散趨勢(shì)較為明顯。(3)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港口體系位序—規(guī)模演化的作用機(jī)制突出表現(xiàn)為自然經(jīng)濟(jì)地理約束下的大港口主導(dǎo)作用明顯、區(qū)域化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力倒逼港口合作并推動(dòng)港口實(shí)現(xiàn)自組織協(xié)調(diào)、能源輸出特征及轉(zhuǎn)型推動(dòng)新興港口快速成長(zhǎng)三方面。
[Abstract]:By using the law of position-scale and the kernel density method, the port throughput and container throughput of each port in the past 30 years are taken as the main indexes to characterize the size distribution characteristics of the port system around the Bohai Sea and to analyze its working mechanism. The results show that, in general, the port system around the Bohai Sea has a characteristic of location-scale distribution, but at different stages, the port with different size has obvious differentiation in the sequence distribution. The characteristics of port regionalization become more obvious. (2) the number of scale-free region of port cargo throughput order-scale distribution first increases and then decreases, and finally changes from single fractal to double fractal structure. The regional port system has experienced four stages: balanced development of high order, breakthrough of small and medium ports, differential development of large, medium and small ports, and integration of ports under the competing and closing of hub ports. The change track of port container throughput sequence-scale distribution presents four stages: the development of external segmentation, the formation of hub port and the integration of new port, the large-scale of branch port and the integration of container network. The two are basically identical on the development node; the port centralization and decentralization are intertwined, and the total cargo throughput is decentralized earlier than container transportation. The mechanism of sequence-scale evolution of port system around Bohai Sea is obvious. The dominant role of large ports under the restriction of natural economy and geography is obvious. Regionalization and competitive pressure force port cooperation and promote port self-organization coordination, energy export characteristics and transformation to promote the rapid growth of emerging ports.
