高填方鋼波紋管涵洞的成拱效應(yīng)及結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算方法研究

【摘要】:本文通過調(diào)研和收集國內(nèi)外相關(guān)信息資料,在現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用室內(nèi)理論模擬分析計(jì)算與現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合,對高填土鋼波紋管涵洞的成拱效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究,并根據(jù)鋼波紋管涵洞的拱效應(yīng)特點(diǎn)和受力情況,推導(dǎo)求解鋼波紋管涵結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算方法。其主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、結(jié)合國內(nèi)外關(guān)于土拱效應(yīng)的現(xiàn)有研究成果,對于公路工程中的波紋鋼管涵洞,從理論方面分析高填方土拱效應(yīng)的形成機(jī)理、成拱特點(diǎn)以及形成條件,并分析鋼波紋管參數(shù)對土拱效應(yīng)的影響。2、通過對單孔5米的鋼波紋管涵洞進(jìn)行室外現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),分析其在不同填土高度下的力學(xué)性能,得到鋼波紋管管頂土壓力的變化規(guī)律;利用室內(nèi)有限元模擬計(jì)算,在不同填土高度下,對鋼波紋管涵洞的管頂和管外豎向應(yīng)力變化進(jìn)行研究,并分析對比野外測試結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證土拱效應(yīng)。3、通過對波紋管涵洞的受力形式的分析,對比國內(nèi)外關(guān)于鋼波紋管涵洞設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,討論其之間的差異性并分析產(chǎn)生差異的原因。在國內(nèi)鋼波紋管涵洞研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本國實(shí)際情況,基于薄殼理論推導(dǎo)適合于自身鋼波紋管涵結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算的攝動(dòng)解方法,并將其與室內(nèi)有限元計(jì)算和野外測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。本文研究成果一方面有助于國內(nèi)鋼波紋管涵洞土拱效應(yīng)的研究,解決了公路工程中應(yīng)用鋼波紋管涵洞所產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)難題;另一方面填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)關(guān)于薄殼鋼波紋管涵洞結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算攝動(dòng)解的空白,為以后鋼波紋管涵洞的研究和發(fā)展提供了一定的理論支撐,具有非常重要的理論意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the existing research results, the arch effect of high fill steel corrugated pipe culvert is studied through investigation and collection of relevant information data at home and abroad, combined with theoretical analysis and calculation in laboratory and field test. According to the arch effect and stress of the corrugated steel pipe culvert, the calculation method of internal force of the steel corrugated pipe culvert structure is deduced. The main research contents are as follows: 1. Combined with the existing research results of soil arch effect at home and abroad, for corrugated steel pipe culverts in highway engineering, the formation mechanism, arch characteristics and forming conditions of high fill soil arch effect are analyzed theoretically. The influence of steel corrugated pipe parameters on soil arch effect is analyzed. Through the field test of steel corrugated pipe culvert with a single hole of 5 meters, the mechanical properties of steel corrugated pipe culvert at different filling heights are analyzed, and the variation law of soil pressure at the top of steel bellows pipe is obtained. In this paper, the vertical stress changes of steel bellows culvert under different filling heights are studied by using the indoor finite element simulation calculation, and the field test results are analyzed and compared. Through the analysis of the force form of corrugated pipe culvert, the design and calculation methods of steel corrugated pipe culvert at home and abroad are compared, the difference between them is discussed and the reasons for the difference are analyzed. On the basis of the research on the steel corrugated pipe culvert in China and the actual situation in our country, the perturbation solution method suitable for the internal force calculation of the steel corrugated pipe culvert structure is derived based on the thin shell theory. It is compared with the results of indoor finite element calculation and field test. On the one hand, the research results of this paper are helpful to the study of soil arch effect of steel corrugated pipe culvert in China, and solve the technical problems caused by the application of steel corrugated pipe culvert in highway engineering. On the other hand, it fills in the blank of the perturbation solution of the internal force calculation of the thin-shell steel corrugated pipe culvert in China, which provides a certain theoretical support for the research and development of the steel corrugated pipe culvert in the future, and has very important theoretical significance and practical application value.
