基于尾號空間分布的小汽車限行方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:提出根據(jù)各尾號小汽車空間分布特征計(jì)算尾號出行OD矩陣的方法,基于公平性原則,構(gòu)建尾號限行方案優(yōu)化模型.上層模型以工作日(周一~周五)車輛總走行時(shí)間最小為目標(biāo),以各工作日每輛小汽車早高峰平均走行時(shí)間基本相同且每周各尾號限行次數(shù)不大于1為約束,給出限號方案;下層模型基于用戶均衡原則分配OD交通量.限號方案與分配結(jié)果相互作用,達(dá)到均衡狀態(tài)時(shí)可得最優(yōu)限號組合方案.為驗(yàn)證模型,以D市為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果表明,與基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)的限號方案相比,優(yōu)化方案下路網(wǎng)通行效率可提高5.35%,工作日車輛總走行時(shí)間降低0.894×105h,日均單車走行時(shí)間減少4.5 min.
[Abstract]:This paper presents a method to calculate the OD matrix of the trailing number according to the spatial distribution characteristics of each car. Based on the principle of fairness, the optimization model of the trailing limit scheme is constructed. In the upper layer model, the minimum total travel time of the vehicle on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) is taken as the goal, and the average travel time of the early rush hour of each car in each working day is basically the same, and the limit number of each end number per week is not more than 1, the scheme of the limit number is given. The lower model allocates OD traffic based on user equilibrium principle. The optimal sign limited combination scheme can be obtained when the equilibrium state is reached by the interaction between the sign limiting scheme and the allocation result. In order to verify the model, an empirical study was carried out in D City. The results show that compared with the experient-based limited number scheme, the road network efficiency under the optimized scheme can be increased by 5.35%, the total walking time of the vehicle during the working day is reduced by 0.894 脳 10 5 h, and the daily cycle walking time is reduced by 4.5 min.
