城市快速路合理限速的研究

【摘要】:如何更好的發(fā)揮城市快速路安全、快捷、經(jīng)濟和舒適的功能,成了社會各界熱議的研究課題。實踐證明,合理的限速對于提高城市快速路的安全、快捷、經(jīng)濟和舒適水平具有促進作用,相反,不適當?shù)能囁傧拗苿t會反其道而行之。目前,我國城市快速路的管理水平總體上不是很完善,限速標準的制定也缺乏一定的理論研究成果作為技術支撐。本文通過對國內(nèi)外限速相關的理論研究進行深入分析,提出了基于運行速度的城市快速路合理限速。通過對限速的必要性和限速理論依據(jù)的分析,提出選擇運行速度作為限速依據(jù)。在分析影響限速因素的基礎上,對城市快速路交通流特性進行定性和定量分析,并給出了城市快速路的運行速度預測方法。在此基礎上,結合駕駛員的視認性和心理反應特性,得到了城市快速路限速路段最小長度標準,以及如何進行限速路段的劃分與限速值的確定,同時分析論證了一些常見限速措施,并通過VISSIM進行了仿真驗證,驗證了其有效性和合理性。本文提出的城市快速路合理限速值及限速路段最小長度值,為城市快速路建設、管理部門設置限速提供了合理、科學的理論依據(jù)及指導。
[Abstract]:How to better play the safe, fast, economic and comfortable functions of urban expressway has become a hot research topic. It is proved by practice that reasonable speed limit can promote the safety, speed, economy and comfort level of urban expressway. On the contrary, inappropriate speed limit will reverse the speed limit. At present, the management level of urban expressway in China is not perfect, and the formulation of speed limit standard is lack of theoretical research results as technical support. Based on the theoretical analysis of speed limit at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a reasonable speed limit for urban expressway based on running speed. Based on the analysis of the necessity of speed limit and the theoretical basis of speed limit, it is put forward that the speed of operation should be chosen as the basis of speed limit. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the speed limit, the traffic flow characteristics of urban expressway are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the method of speed prediction for urban expressway is given. On this basis, combined with the drivers' visual recognition and psychological reaction characteristics, the minimum length standard of the speed limit section of the urban expressway is obtained, and how to divide the speed limit section and determine the speed limit value are obtained. At the same time, some common speed limiting measures are analyzed and demonstrated, and the validity and rationality of these measures are verified by Visual IM simulation. The reasonable speed limit and the minimum length of the speed limit section proposed in this paper provide reasonable and scientific theoretical basis and guidance for the construction of urban expressway and the setting of speed limit by the management department.
