水泥混凝土路面板硬化翹曲時程變化實測分析

【摘要】:通過鋪筑足尺水泥混凝土路面,在連續(xù)觀測混凝土板不同深度早齡期溫度場的同時,基于自主開發(fā)的豎向變形觀測裝置觀測了端部自由板和內部約束板在整個早齡期的豎向翹曲變形歷史。在此基礎上推導了基于五測點的等效線性溫度梯度計算公式,提出了基于板的翹曲變形時程和溫、濕度時程的水泥混凝土路面板硬化翹曲直接量測方法,為硬化翹曲存在形態(tài)的試驗量測提供了一種新的分析方法。分析表明:端部自由板翹曲變形幅值(-0.3~1 mm)遠高于內側完全約束板的相應位置(-0.2~0.3 mm)。受約束程度、濕度梯度、溫度梯度等因素的影響,板的翹曲呈現(xiàn)顯著的非對稱性。約束穩(wěn)定區(qū)域等效線性溫度梯度隨齡期逐漸衰減和穩(wěn)定至1℃/m,自由板邊與自由板角等效內嵌溫度梯度時變規(guī)律多樣。水泥混凝土路面板等效內嵌溫度梯度主要集中在-25~25℃/m范圍內,約占水泥混凝土路面設計所采用溫度梯度的25%,不可忽略,但具體幅值需依據(jù)具體路面結構、板塊尺寸、早齡期溫濕度歷史以及混凝土材料性能等因素通過計算或現(xiàn)場實測進行評估。
[Abstract]:Through the construction of full-scale cement concrete pavement, the temperature field of concrete slab at different depths in early age is observed continuously at the same time, Based on the self-developed vertical deformation observation device, the vertical warping history of the end free plate and the inner restraint plate during the whole early age was observed. On the basis of this, the equivalent linear temperature gradient calculation formula based on five measuring points is derived, and the direct measurement method of cement concrete pavement slabs hardening warpage based on the time history of warpage, temperature and humidity is put forward. A new analytical method is provided for the experimental measurement of the existence of hardening warpage. The analysis shows that the warpage amplitude of the end free plate is much higher than that of the inner completely confined plate. Under the influence of constraint degree, humidity gradient and temperature gradient, the warpage of the plate shows significant asymmetry. The equivalent linear temperature gradient in the constrained stable region gradually attenuates and stabilizes to 1 鈩,
