基于PLS偏好的DEA模型在公交線路服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加速,城市交通問題日益突出,因此政府提倡公交優(yōu)先,大力發(fā)展公共交通。城市公交在一天中的通勤高峰期承擔(dān)了較大的客流,滿載率較高,且伴隨著高峰擁堵現(xiàn)象,乘客常常會(huì)感覺“無車可坐”;而在平峰時(shí)段,公交客流量較小,公交線路服務(wù)能力閑置情況嚴(yán)重,甚至出現(xiàn)“空駛”現(xiàn)象。因此,判斷公交線路在不同時(shí)段的服務(wù)能力與客流需求是否協(xié)調(diào),是優(yōu)化線路資源配置,提高線路運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的前提。本文以公交線路在不同時(shí)段的服務(wù)能力為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)公交線路服務(wù)能力影響因素進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立服務(wù)能力PLS(Partial Least Squares)路徑模型,確定模型變量,并基于海淀區(qū)約100條公交線路IC卡數(shù)據(jù)獲取模型變量值。然后基于PLS路徑模型分析結(jié)果,確定公交線路在平峰及高峰時(shí)段服務(wù)能力的有效影響因子和影響效應(yīng)值,并以此構(gòu)建公交線路服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。在對(duì)各類綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)比分析后,選擇數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)法對(duì)公交線路服務(wù)能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)C2R模型(Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes Model)在無法設(shè)置指標(biāo)偏好和有效決策單元不能排序這兩點(diǎn)上的不足,本文基于PLS影響效應(yīng)值確定指標(biāo)偏好,將其與C2WH模型(Charnes-Cooper-Wei-Huang Model)結(jié)合,并引入理想點(diǎn)概念,建立了改進(jìn)的DEA評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后利用改進(jìn)的DEA模型對(duì)海淀上地片區(qū)的26條公交線路進(jìn)行服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證了模型的先進(jìn)性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban traffic problems become increasingly prominent, so the government advocates public transport priority and vigorously develops public transport. During the rush hour of the day, the city bus takes on a large passenger flow, with a high full load rate, and with the rush congestion, passengers often feel "no car to sit on", while in the peak hours, the bus traffic is small. The service capacity of public transportation line is idle seriously, even appear "empty drive" phenomenon. Therefore, it is the premise of optimizing the allocation of line resources and improving the efficiency of line operation to judge whether the service capacity of public transportation line is coordinated with the passenger flow demand in different time periods. In this paper, the service capacity of public transport lines in different periods of time as the research object, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the service capacity of public transport lines, establish a service capacity partial least Squares-based path model, determine the model variables. Based on the IC card data of about 100 bus lines in Haidian District, the model variables are obtained. Then, based on the results of PLS path model analysis, the effective influence factors and effect values of bus service capacity in the peak and peak periods are determined, and the evaluation index system of bus service capacity is constructed. After comparing and analyzing all kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods, data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA) method is selected to evaluate the service capacity of public transport lines. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional C2R model Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes Model, which can not set the index preference and the effective decision making unit can not be sorted, this paper determines the index preference based on PLS effect value, combines it with the C2WH model Charnes-Cooper-Wei-Huang Model, and introduces the concept of ideal point. An improved DEA evaluation model is established. Finally, the improved DEA model is used to evaluate the service ability of 26 public transport lines in Shangdi area of Haidian, which verifies the advanced nature and validity of the model.
