貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛高占有率路段入口稱(chēng)重收費(fèi)站管理模式研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)貨運(yùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛在各級(jí)公路交通組成中的占有率不斷增加,貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛進(jìn)入收費(fèi)廣場(chǎng)后,由于其自身尺寸較大而加減速性能較低,使其在收費(fèi)廣場(chǎng)處車(chē)道變化困難、收費(fèi)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)、收費(fèi)站服務(wù)水平降低;貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛在路段上行駛不僅會(huì)破壞道路結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)存在較大安全隱患,其低速運(yùn)行狀態(tài)還會(huì)導(dǎo)致尾氣排放量增加,對(duì)環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染,這些負(fù)面影響對(duì)于超限超載運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛更加嚴(yán)重。因此本文針對(duì)貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛高占有率路段收費(fèi)站管理問(wèn)題提出在貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛高占有率路段實(shí)行入口稱(chēng)重的收費(fèi)站管理模式。首先,本文對(duì)我國(guó)貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛在交通組成中所占比例的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了介紹、對(duì)貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛通過(guò)收費(fèi)站的交通流運(yùn)行特性及出口稱(chēng)重收費(fèi)站管理模式進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出在收費(fèi)公路入口收費(fèi)站處設(shè)置超限檢測(cè)站的入口稱(chēng)重收費(fèi)站管理模式,同時(shí)為了保證該收費(fèi)站管理模式應(yīng)用的有效性,本文對(duì)影響該收費(fèi)站管理模式有效應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題—貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛占有率較高路段收費(fèi)站通行能力確定和超限檢測(cè)站檢測(cè)模式改進(jìn)進(jìn)行了研究。其次,為避免收費(fèi)廣場(chǎng)處排隊(duì)長(zhǎng)度過(guò)長(zhǎng)影響超限檢測(cè)站預(yù)檢系統(tǒng)正常工作,針對(duì)以小型客車(chē)為主要車(chē)型對(duì)貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛占有率較高路段收費(fèi)站通行能力進(jìn)行計(jì)算的不足,并考慮貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛占有率較高路段收費(fèi)站通行能力影響因素較多,本文利用Vissim軟件建立收費(fèi)站仿真模型,利用仿真方法對(duì)貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛占有率較高路段收費(fèi)站通行能力進(jìn)行仿真求解。再次,為避免超限檢測(cè)站待檢車(chē)道處排隊(duì)車(chē)輛數(shù)過(guò)長(zhǎng)影響正常貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛進(jìn)入收費(fèi)廣場(chǎng),本文提出以動(dòng)態(tài)閾值調(diào)節(jié)檢測(cè)模式代替固定閾值檢測(cè)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)根據(jù)超限檢測(cè)站待檢車(chē)到處排隊(duì)車(chē)輛數(shù)實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)實(shí)際稱(chēng)重閾值,并對(duì)多車(chē)型自適應(yīng)性動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重閾值模型中的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定。最后,為驗(yàn)證本文提出的入口稱(chēng)重收費(fèi)站管理模式應(yīng)用的有效性,本文分別對(duì)出口稱(chēng)重管理模式和入口稱(chēng)重管理模式下收費(fèi)站的交通流運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行了對(duì)比仿真,并以收費(fèi)站通過(guò)車(chē)輛數(shù)、平均排隊(duì)車(chē)輛數(shù)、正常貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛延誤、和超載控制率對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)了分析,結(jié)果表明與出口稱(chēng)重收費(fèi)站管理模式相比,入口稱(chēng)重收費(fèi)站管理模式能夠有效提高收費(fèi)站服務(wù)水平,減少收費(fèi)車(chē)道平均排隊(duì)車(chē)輛數(shù),縮短正常貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛時(shí)間延誤,并將大部分超限超載運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛限制在收費(fèi)公路以外。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of freight industry in our country, the share of freight vehicles in all levels of highway traffic has been increasing. After entering the toll plaza, freight vehicles have low acceleration and deceleration performance due to their larger size. It is difficult to change the driveway at the toll plaza, the tolling time is prolonged, the service level of the toll station is reduced, and the road structure will not only be damaged by the driving of the freight vehicle on the road section, but also there is a great hidden danger to safety at the same time. The low speed operation will also lead to the increase of exhaust emissions and serious pollution to the environment. These negative effects are more serious for overloaded and overloaded vehicles. Therefore, this paper puts forward the management mode of toll station in high occupation section of freight vehicle in order to solve the problem of toll station management in high occupancy section of freight vehicle. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation and development trend of the proportion of freight vehicles in the traffic composition in China, and analyzes the traffic flow characteristics of freight vehicles passing through the toll station and the management mode of the exit weighing toll station. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the management mode of the entrance weighing toll station in the toll road entrance toll station, and in order to ensure the effectiveness of the application of the toll station management mode, In this paper, the key problems that affect the effective application of the management mode of the toll station are the determination of the capacity of the toll station and the improvement of the detection mode of the over-limit detection station on the section with high share of the freight vehicle. Secondly, in order to avoid the excessive queue length at the toll plaza affecting the normal operation of the pre-inspection system of the over-limit detection station, the paper aims at the shortage of calculating the capacity of the toll station on the section with high share of the freight vehicle with the minibus as the main type. Considering that there are many factors affecting the capacity of the toll station on the section with higher freight vehicle occupancy, this paper establishes the simulation model of the toll station by using Vissim software, and uses the simulation method to solve the problem of the capacity of the toll station on the higher section of the freight vehicle occupation. Thirdly, in order to avoid the excessive number of vehicles queuing in the waiting lane of the over-limit detection station to influence the normal freight vehicles to enter the toll plaza, this paper proposes to replace the fixed threshold detection mode with the dynamic threshold adjustment detection mode. According to the actual weighing threshold of the real-time control system for the number of vehicles queued everywhere in the overrun detection station, the key parameters of the dynamic weighing threshold model for multi-vehicle models are calibrated. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the management mode of the entrance weighing toll station proposed in this paper, the traffic flow operation of the toll station under the exit weighing management mode and the entrance weighing management mode are compared and simulated in this paper. The simulation results are analyzed based on the number of vehicles passing through the toll station, the average number of vehicles queued in line, the delay of normal freight vehicles, and the overload control rate. The results show that compared with the management mode of the exit weighing toll station, The management mode of the entrance weighing toll station can effectively improve the service level of the toll station, reduce the average queue number of toll lanes, shorten the delay of normal freight vehicles, and limit most overloaded transport vehicles beyond toll roads.
