懸索橋用于鐵路橋梁的可行性分析

【摘要】:為探討懸索橋是否適用于我國的鐵路橋梁,從結(jié)構(gòu)受力、抗風(fēng)與抗震、結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、梁端轉(zhuǎn)角、車橋耦合振動分析、軌道幾何形位評價幾方面驗證了其可行性。針對我國鐵路橋梁的特征提出采用懸索橋的相關(guān)建議:(1)主纜直徑不超過1.3m,可采取的措施包括主纜取合適的強度安全系數(shù)并配合使用防腐除濕系統(tǒng)、采用超高強度鋼絲、采用多根主纜;(2)橋塔及錨碇與公路懸索橋受力機理相同,按規(guī)范設(shè)計;(3)加勁梁疲勞應(yīng)力幅較大,應(yīng)處理好疲勞設(shè)計;(4)抗風(fēng)與抗震計算應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求,必要時需通過風(fēng)洞試驗驗證以及設(shè)置阻尼器使地震與快速荷載作用下伸縮裝置參數(shù)在正常范圍內(nèi);(5)結(jié)構(gòu)剛度可參考建議標準,梁端轉(zhuǎn)角應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求;(6)車橋耦合振動分析、軌道幾何形位評價應(yīng)滿足列車運行的軌道平順性要求。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss whether suspension bridge is suitable for railway bridges in China, the feasibility of the suspension bridge is verified from the following aspects: structural force, wind resistance and earthquake resistance, structural stiffness, beam end angle, vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis, track geometry and position evaluation. In view of the characteristics of railway bridges in China, the suggestion of adopting suspension bridges is put forward. The diameter of the main cable is not more than 1.3 m. The measures that can be taken include taking appropriate strength safety factor of the main cable and using anticorrosive and dehumidifying system, and adopting ultra-high strength steel wire. The stress mechanism of the bridge tower and Anchorage is the same as that of the highway suspension bridge, and the fatigue stress amplitude of the stiffened beam is larger according to the code design, so the fatigue design should be handled well and the calculation of wind resistance and earthquake resistance should meet the requirements of the code. When necessary, it is necessary to verify by wind tunnel test and install dampers to make the structural stiffness of telescopic device parameters in normal range under earthquake and rapid load can refer to the suggested standard, and the beam-end rotation angle should meet the requirements of the specification and the analysis of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration. The evaluation of track geometry and position should meet the requirements of track ride comfort.
