瀝青路面組合基層材料設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著高速公路通車年限的增加,早期修建的高速公路已陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)各種病害,并且病害已經(jīng)發(fā)展至基層。道路基層病害成因復(fù)雜,治理難度大。對(duì)于基層裂縫等病害的治理,目前應(yīng)用效果比較好的方案是銑刨原水泥穩(wěn)定碎石上基層,鋪筑大粒徑瀝青碎石基層。本論文以京臺(tái)高速公路大修養(yǎng)護(hù)為依托,在試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,研究組合基層中大粒徑瀝青碎石材料的配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法、路面結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),并擬定路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。本課題主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下四個(gè)方面:原材料基本性能試驗(yàn);大粒徑瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì);大粒徑瀝青混合料力學(xué)性能參數(shù)試驗(yàn)研究;大粒徑瀝青碎石組合基層路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案及其應(yīng)用效果評(píng)價(jià)。通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和理論計(jì)算得出以下結(jié)論:(1)初選瀝青用量,結(jié)合瀝青膜厚度、謝倫堡析漏試驗(yàn)、肯塔堡飛散試驗(yàn)、馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,確定大粒徑瀝青碎石最佳瀝青用量為3.1%。(2)大粒徑瀝青碎石回彈模量范圍在20℃為1159.09MP-1718.85MP,15℃為 1646.21MP-2250.55MP,-10℃為6207.57MP-12777.03MP;劈裂強(qiáng)度范圍在1.067Mpa-2.205Mp a之間。(3)孔隙率及溫度對(duì)大粒徑瀝青混合料的回彈模量和劈裂強(qiáng)度的具有顯著影響。(4)利用實(shí)測參數(shù),依據(jù)彈性層狀體系理論,確定大粒徑瀝青碎石基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的厚度設(shè)計(jì)方案,經(jīng)檢測該路面結(jié)構(gòu)方案應(yīng)用效果良好。課題研究成果為組合基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的推廣應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:With the increase of expressway opening life, various diseases have appeared in the early expressway, and the disease has developed to the base. Road base level disease causes are complex, the management difficulty is big. For the treatment of cracks and other diseases in the base course, the scheme with good application effect at present is the base course on the cement stabilized macadam of milling and planing, and the base course of asphalt macadam with large particle size. Based on the overhauling and maintenance of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, on the basis of experiment, this paper studies the design method of mix ratio of asphalt macadam material with medium and large particle size, the design parameters of pavement structure, and draws up the design scheme of pavement structure. The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects: the basic performance test of raw materials, the mix ratio design of large size asphalt mixture, the experimental study of mechanical performance parameters of large size asphalt mixture; Pavement structure Design Scheme and Application effect Evaluation of large size Asphalt Macadam Composite Base course.
