【摘要】：采用理論推導和試驗數據統(tǒng)計分析相結合方法,建立寬幅攤鋪機螺旋布料器變徑變螺距的數學模型,基于數理統(tǒng)計學對模型參數進行優(yōu)化,并結合某一型號攤鋪機給出螺旋布料器優(yōu)化設計的工程應用實例;在實體工程進行足尺試驗,采用無損檢測和常規(guī)檢測2種方法檢測混合料的均勻性。試驗結果表明:變徑變螺距螺旋布料器的抗離析功能要優(yōu)于等徑等距螺旋布料器,可以很好地改善路面的離析狀況。
[Abstract]:By combining theoretical derivation and statistical analysis of test data, the mathematical model of variable diameter and pitch of spiral distributor of wide spread paver is established, and the parameters of the model are optimized based on mathematical statistics. Combined with a certain type of paver, an engineering application example of optimal design of spiral distributor is given, and a full-scale test of solid engineering is carried out, and two methods of nondestructive testing and routine testing are used to detect the uniformity of mixture. The experimental results show that the anti-segregation function of the variable diameter variable pitch spiral feeder is better than that of the equal diameter and equal distance spiral feeder, which can improve the segregation condition of road surface.
