【摘要】：甩掛運(yùn)輸作為新型運(yùn)輸組織形式,具有高組織效率、低運(yùn)營成本以及信息管理系統(tǒng)化等特點(diǎn),能夠改善運(yùn)輸組織結(jié)構(gòu),提高物流組織效率外,對節(jié)能減排、建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會也有著重要意義。本文聚焦甩掛運(yùn)輸在浙江省高速路網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用研究,首先總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)車輛優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域和甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出選擇運(yùn)營模式、建立定量模型以及實(shí)際算例應(yīng)用三個研究問題。其次,本文繼續(xù)探討了甩掛運(yùn)輸組織形式在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和四種主要的甩掛運(yùn)輸組織形式的特點(diǎn)以及應(yīng)用范圍,并結(jié)合浙江省公路的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和“四圈三帶”規(guī)劃政策,設(shè)計了浙江省甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度機(jī)制和運(yùn)營模式�；诟咚俟仿肪W(wǎng)和循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),從理論角度出發(fā),對具有普遍理論意義的運(yùn)輸調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,分別考慮了“無時間窗”和“軟時間窗”兩種情況下的甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度問題。在算法部分,借鑒節(jié)約里程法思想,設(shè)計適用算法,考慮從局部最優(yōu)拓展至全局最優(yōu)的思想求解數(shù)學(xué)模型。最后在算例中考慮了在“杭嘉湖”地區(qū)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用問題,驗(yàn)證了以車場為服務(wù)區(qū)的甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度模型的可行性和應(yīng)用意義,并根據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)模型、算法設(shè)計和實(shí)驗(yàn)算例提出啟示建議。
[Abstract]:As a new form of transportation organization, swing transportation has the characteristics of high organization efficiency, low operation cost and systematization of information management, which can improve the transportation organization structure, enhance the efficiency of logistics organization, save energy and reduce emissions, and construct resource-conserving type. Environmental-friendly society is also of great significance. This paper focuses on the application of swing and hang transportation in Zhejiang expressway network. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research status of the traditional vehicle optimization field and swing and hang transportation dispatching field, and puts forward the choice of operation mode. The quantitative model and the application of practical examples are studied. Secondly, this paper continues to discuss the current situation of the development of swing and hang transport organization at home and abroad, the characteristics and application scope of four main transport organizations, and combines the current situation of highway development and the planning policy of "four circles and three belts" in Zhejiang Province. The dispatching mechanism and operation mode of Zhejiang Province are designed. Based on the characteristics of freeway network and circulation transportation, the mathematical model of transportation scheduling problem with universal theoretical significance is established from the theoretical point of view. In this paper, the scheduling problem of "no time window" and "soft time window" is considered respectively. In the part of algorithm, using the idea of mileage saving method for reference, the suitable algorithm is designed, and the idea of extending from local optimum to global optimization is considered to solve the mathematical model. Finally, the practical application in the area of "Hangzhou Lake" is considered, and the feasibility and application significance of the dispatching model of swing and hanging transportation in the service area are verified, and according to the mathematical model, The algorithm design and experimental examples are proposed.
