【摘要】:橋梁作為交通運(yùn)輸?shù)难屎?時(shí)刻左右著公路的生命。盡管隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,橋梁的設(shè)計(jì)理論以及計(jì)算方法都發(fā)生了重大的改變,但對(duì)于工程質(zhì)量而言,仍然有許多不確定性因素存在,對(duì)于新建的橋梁可以通過(guò)橋梁試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)了解其施工質(zhì)量和結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能,為橋梁的竣工驗(yàn)收提供有效的技術(shù)資料;而對(duì)于既有的舊橋也可以通過(guò)試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)掌握其使用性能和承載能力,為橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)與加固提供可靠的資料。應(yīng)變作為橋梁測(cè)試中最主要的測(cè)試量之一,雖然在以往的橋梁應(yīng)變測(cè)試中已有很多種應(yīng)變測(cè)試方法,但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)變測(cè)量過(guò)程中,還存在很多問(wèn)題難以解決,HJ型應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器就可以解決目前橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)變測(cè)試中的一系列問(wèn)題。本文針對(duì)HJ型應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器進(jìn)行研究,分析其基于雙懸臂梁結(jié)構(gòu)的工作原理與工作特性,從理論上驗(yàn)證了這種雙懸臂梁結(jié)構(gòu)用于制作應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器的可行性及其優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過(guò)混凝土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件對(duì)比試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了傳感器測(cè)試結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性;通過(guò)一系列特性試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了傳感器具有良好的工作性能,給出了溫度修正公式、長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)線修正公式以及傳感器靈敏度的調(diào)控方法等。通過(guò)工程實(shí)例介紹了HJ型應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器在工程中的一系列應(yīng)用。該傳感器可用于實(shí)橋荷載試驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)變測(cè)試以及裂縫變化監(jiān)測(cè);可用于石拱橋拱圈應(yīng)變測(cè)試;可用于試驗(yàn)梁的開(kāi)裂荷載監(jiān)測(cè);可用于平面應(yīng)變測(cè)試;可用于鋼絞線應(yīng)變測(cè)試;可用于橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)變的測(cè)試;可用于鋼橋塔模型屈曲荷載的監(jiān)測(cè);可用于應(yīng)力釋放法中有效預(yù)應(yīng)力的測(cè)試;可用于施工中的應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè)等。該傳感器有效地解決了結(jié)構(gòu)工程應(yīng)變測(cè)試技術(shù)中的許多問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Bridge, as the throat of transportation, affects the life of highway at all times. Although the design theory and calculation methods of bridges have changed greatly with the development and progress of technology, there are still many uncertain factors for engineering quality. For the newly built bridges, the construction quality and the mechanical performance of the structures can be understood through the bridge test and inspection, and the effective technical data can be provided for the completion and acceptance of the bridges. For the existing old bridges, the performance and bearing capacity of the old bridges can also be grasped through testing and testing, which can provide reliable data for the maintenance and reinforcement of the bridges. Strain is one of the most important measurements in bridge testing. Although there have been many methods of strain measurement in the past, but in the process of actual strain measurement, There are still many problems which are difficult to solve and can solve a series of problems in the strain measurement of bridge structure. In this paper, the HJ strain measurement sensor is studied, and its working principle and characteristics based on double cantilever beam structure are analyzed. The feasibility and advantages of the double cantilever structure for making strain measurement sensor are verified theoretically. The accuracy of the sensor test results is verified by the contrast test of concrete standard specimen, the good working performance of the sensor is verified by a series of characteristic tests, and the temperature correction formula is given. Long traverse correction formula and sensor sensitivity control methods and so on. A series of applications of HJ strain sensor in engineering are introduced through engineering examples. The sensor can be used for strain test and crack change monitoring in real bridge load test, strain test for arch ring of stone arch bridge, crack load monitoring for test beam, plane strain test, strain test for steel strand; It can be used to test dynamic strain of bridge structure, to monitor buckling load of steel bridge tower model, to test effective prestress in stress release method, to monitor strain in construction, etc. The sensor has effectively solved many problems in structural engineering strain measurement technology.
